I'm trying to get some Steel Legion models with Vox casters, but since they are OOP they are commanding massive prices on ebay. Any suggestions as to what I might be able to use as a viable alternative that still feels like it would fit with the army?

If you go to the Anvil Infantry site and choose the Regimemts Command Squad option you should be able to.make a good ersatz Steel Legion squad with a comms set.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
You can also get separate backpack comms sets at 5 for £3.if you need a whole.bunch.

The Death Korps models aren't a million miles away (Death Korps started as an alt paint scheme for the steel legion models) with a head swap I think you could have a pretty good match?
