The large rock in the last photo is definitely from the Dreadfleet box, not sure about the smaller ones but they could likely be from the same, just cut up or simply some of the smaller rocks.

The rocks are from GW’s dreadfleet game, terrain piece “hellfish isle”. I found a few of them cheap on eBay.
One of the isles has been cut up (and holes patched with green stuff) for the rocks on the bases. Just attached a picture of an unused isle so folks could see the starting point.

Theyre not quite as tall, or as large, but if you need stand-in bases for jump infantry that GW wants to put on their terrible curved pegs, look at Harlequin and Scourge kits, specifically leg bits.
Clip off the legs and you've got ready made ruins at a good angle and reasonable height for re-mounting another model on.
