This info is on the necromunda thread but I think this needs it own thread if anyone gphas more info. I love the Xmas boxes and hope there’s something in them that I need this year.

It also talks about a box with 5 painting handles in and some kind of carry case.

Humm if the SW come with the latest primaris releases this is a must buy for me!

I don't know about them not being a surprise. On the Marine side, only the Phobos Lt and the Suppressors are not available either as separately or a multi-part kit with more option.

I wouldn't be surprised if these were only the two full-sized sprues for each force with Master of Possession getting released separately.

I heard rumors for a psychic awakening campaign between SoB/Inquisition and CSM in november/december so maybe those minis will get a mutipart kit with it.

Those aren't in the Christmas boxes. They're claimed as new start collecting boxes.

A quick check gives me 145 Euros is $162, and they've been $170 for the last several years, so accounting for GW's loose currency conversion, that sounds normal to me.

After the Apoc box I wonder if the Tyranid one will be swarm focused.

Meanwhile the skaven one will be interesting as whilst they've a big range, once you take out the metal and finecast; then also take out the stuff already in the start collecting set and the sculpts rather too old to put in (ergo the rat ogre and co sprue). Then you're not left with a huge number of modern platsics not already bundled. Clanrats, wheel of doom and verminlords?

Chapter Master Valrak seems to think the SM boxes will be Salamanders and Blood Angels according to his video.

130 euro was the price for the last few years but it shouldn't be a surprise that they're more this year, GW has increased the cost of bundle boxes, from Start Collecting to Shadowspear to Phoenix.

The posters on the French forum said the Tyranid one was "a nice set", another poster [a former retailer] said he heard that the Tyranid box was slightly more expensive- possibly because it had new content relating to the Psychic Awakening campaign- could explain why there are an extra 2 40k boxes..

Depends what you compare it to. There were 5 (40K) and 4 (AoS) last year, rather than 6 and 4.

Sob vs world eaters

They had a Titan battlegroup for Adeptus Titanicus alongside them, so I wonder if this year it'll be a Knight household and maybe flightwings for Aeronautica.

assuming it's a decent deal that'll be a solid box alright, even for non sally players it means Thunderhammers

Non-sally players are probably still better off buying a box of Vanguard Veterans.

I hope the Drukhari box has mainly Coven units. I doubt it'll have much overlap with the Phoenix box.
