Just finished up a 1/1800 scale USS Indianapolis (the scale is compatible with Warlord's Victory at Sea and the old Axis & Allies Naval Minis game). The mini is a 3D print from squint181, who sells his stuff on Shapeways but also prints some of the smaller items he's made himself, such as the Indy here.

I have to admit I like my naval models in a slightly larger scale to capture the details.
