I don't see it on BattleScribe, and I don't see it in the Legends PDF. What's going on?

It was relegated to Forge World when the new plastic Russes appeared in 5th, they dropped it in the 9e IA index and nobody seems to have noticed. Still exists in 30k.

2nd; So you want to use it huh? Well, you already know how much a basic 'Russ costs. And you already know how much two LC cost. Add those things together & talk to your opponent about it. (Assuming your goal isn't tourney play)

Welcome to the club. I have about twenty Thallax, another twenty Cybernetica-bots, two Triarii, a Krios, a whole Corsairs army, Alpha Legion Cataphractii, Thousand Sons with weapons not in their plastic kits...

I have to look up most of those! Anyway, it gets worse- my brother was one of the few people in the US to have a Squat army!

It is unlikely that GW is reading DakakDakka - however, a polite email to the 40k FAQ email address asking if they might add it to the Legends PDF might work.
Which reminds me - there are a few versions of characters who hadn't made it into the Legends documents after their models received updates (unlike Calgar, where v2 & v3 were in there last I checked). I might have to take my own advice, and drop them a line about those.

Not sure about the rest, but those Cataphractii can be used as CHAOS TERMINATORS, all of the terminators I currently use in my Night Lords are Cataphractii and Tartaros, just use the Chaos Terminators rules. A terminator is a terminator these days.

To be fair, besides the Corsairs (which was mostly rules and no models), none of that ever had 40k rules. 30k =/= 40k applicable.

was this before or after Fires of Cyraxus was officially announced including preview artwork? Given that it was supposed to port a good chunk of that stuff to 40k. Rest in peace, anyone who made purchasing decisions based on information GW themselves provided.

I mean I do use those models I just use them in 30k games and proxy them in 40k, my club isn't too fussed.
