Earned his first PhD as a teenager, earned multiple others since then.

Dr. Fantastic.

Tossed out of Empire State University after unauthorized experiments in unnatural sciences. No record of completing his degree elsewhere.

Mr. Doom

(I would also accept King Doom after he ascended the throne of Latveria, or President Doom after he gained the White House via coup in 2099, but not Doctor.)

Who else has been passing themselves off with false credentials?

Professor Xavier, I think. He mostly teaches teenagers and runs his own school for youngsters. Teacher or Principle Xavier seem more appropriate.

Maybe Headmaster Xavier if he really insists on being just that British in the 1960s/70s New York suburbs.

These aren't their professional titles but their superhero/villain moniker.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

Doesn't she mostly just use her actual name?

Batman, “The Worlds Greatest Detective”.

I’d like to see what training and which department certified him as a detective. It usually requires some service as a police officer, acheive a certain rank and sometimes requires a bachelor’s degree, then you apply and test to be assigned to a unit that has a detective opening.

More like, “World’s Greatest Private Investigator”. And even that might require some certification from a community college, depending on certain jurisdictions/ local laws.

No idea. FF was pretty much the only 'mainstream' Marvel title where I never picked up an issue.

But as far as I know, part of She-Hulk's major schtick was that Jennifer Walters was 'out' as a super hero (though by preference pursued her normal life)

To be fair, I don’t think you generally see Batman call himself that. It’s generally how other people describe him.
