Been looking for some big claymores for my stormwarden conversion I'm planning but I can't find anything suitable. Looked through GW's range and all the swords are too small for what I want. Anyopne know of any good bits?

I'd try Pop Goes the Monkey, they have bits for just about anything.

If you have access to a 3D printer, I know of a kickstarter with a huge variety of medieval weapons. Should have at least one claymore for you in the mix.

Sisters of silence have claymores that should be an appropriate size.

The Empire Greatswords box comes with a bunch of them, in hand and loose.

The empire ones are extremely small though, I have an ork holding one and it looks almost comically small.
