Title says it all. I have the Imperial Armor compendium, but my friend says he saw an increase to Death korps Riders somewhere. He can't remember where, and I have searched and found nothing. His memory says they went up 5 points from the cost in the Imperial Armor Compendium. Can anyone help me with where this is? I've been through the FAQ's and either missed it or can't find the right one.

I haven't run this army for awhile so am out of the loop.

They are no longer in the codex, They have been moved to Legends.

Are they moved to legends? I thought they were mentioned in the last Imperial Armor Compendium and a quick look at the FAQ to it still mentiones them

Other internet sourced for datasheets also don't mention them being legends...

This is not correct. Some of the Death korps units have been moved to Legends (a named character, a commissar rider, and grenadiers and a few others, I just went through the list) but not Death Korps Riders or command squads or the officer.

I'm going with the cost in Armor Compendium since I cannot find anything changing it on multiple searches. 15 points for a 3 wound model with a 5+ feel no pain equivalent is really cheap. Sure, their offense is weak beyond a mediocre charge...

If anyone else has some input or a document or anything I've missed, please share.

My bad, I thought they were rough riders.

According to wahapedia, which is usually correct and current, they are 20 points each. Command squad of 4 is 85 pts and commander is 45 pts.

I've just finished painting a (alternate models) outrider of these chaps but i can't take them to a tournament 'cos i don't want to pay for a load of old redundant books to lug around; here's hoping they go mainstream, or we at least get some cavalry, with the 9th ed guard codex.

The rules are in here for those who want to see them. As mentioned, newest most updatedest points are in CA2021.

Per Combat Patrol (the free GW Power repository), they're 3 Power for 4 Death Riders and a unit leader.

I just had two images from the FW website, showing the table of contents from IA Compendium under the spoiler. No links.

This is Combat Roster however, GW's web-based "army builder" that is just for list-writing via Power.

Thanks Kanluwen, edited my first post when I figured it out. Still confused on the cost. Just cannot find this 5 point increase showing up (apparently in Wahapedia at least, which I do not use as my browser has issues with their security clearance thingie...not unusual)

This trying to find rules in a dozen different books has really gotten old

The TLDR version seems to be that the Chapter Approved which had the points changes is no longer on sale...which is interesting?

Anyways, I'd just use Power if I was you. Points are trash anyways.
