Sounds interesting, could be GW adding a 5th major god to the Chaos Pantheon. As Gw seem hellbent on advancing the timeline, I wonder if we'll see more of this new character's rise to power and wonder if they reform non cult Chaos Marines around this new God, a way to give Chaos undivided (undecided), there own flair without having to substitute in some of stuff from the other God's.

The objective of the game is to win. The point of the game is to have fun. The two should never be confused.
Looks like they're just expanding the background for the Forge of Souls, which was introduced all the way back in the 5th ed Daemon codex.
The FoS has always been a separate entity to the other realms, with the Soul Grinders they make being "3 laws safe" as it were with said enchantments they put on them being the reason none of the other gods can take over it.
I at least hope that is the case, as how he describes his motives in the video sounds like a mishmash of bits of Nurgle and Tzeentch's agendas.

Games Workshop Delenda Est.
Users on ignore- 53.
If you break apart my or anyone else's posts line by line I will not read them.
One thing I like about this model is that it confirms that there are cybernetic daemons in the warp beyond just Soul Grinders. This gives me hope that we might get Doom-style daemons in the future that would allow 40k Chaos Daemon armies to not just be transplants from Fantasy/AoS.

Doesn't Be'lakor control the Forge of Souls? At least, I think that's how it is in Total War 3.

Just watched the video and I can’t see how this is anything other than setting the stage for the DarkMechanicum. rather than trying to work out wether to make them chaos undivided or create rules for forge worlds that worship one of the gods they will worship this guy.
What a great warlord and if the DM have this kind of look they will be a very popular army.
At first though I think we will just get 1 unit of DM and rules for an army of renown
