I thought there might be a topic like this already but couldn't find one, so I decided to make one myself! This thread can be YouTube videos or shows, movies, or whatever.
Right now, I'm watching Aqua Teen Hunger Force on TVNZ+ for the 1st time in years since '04 or something. It's rarely laugh-out-loud funny but still entertaining and amusing. I was reminded of Aqua Teen Hunger Force again because The Outer Circle used Dr Weird from the show as his avatar and his catchphrase, "BEHOLD!"
It's even more insane than I remembered lol

My story! Secret War
After his organisation is hired to hunt down an influential gang leader on the Hive world, Omnartus. Attelus Kaltos is embroiled deeper into the complex world of the Assassin. This is the job which will change him, for better or for worse. Forevermore. Chapter 1.
The Angaran Chronicles: Hamar Noir. After coming back from a dangerous mission which left his friend and partner, the werewolf: Emilia in a coma. Anargrin is sent on another mission: to hunt down a rogue vampire. A rogue vampire with no consistent modus operandi and who is exceedingly good at hiding its tracks. So much so even the veteran Anargrin is forced into desperate speculation. But worst of all: drive him into desperate measures. Measures which drives Anargrin to wonder; does the ends, justify the means?
I'm watching an Iceberg video on the UTubbs about Aqua Teen Hunger Force; quite interesting, actually.

Interesting stuff, some of which I already knew. I enjoy Thoughty2's stuff, even besides how egregiously dubbed over he is, lol

Dad and I just watched LA Confidential. What a great movie with an awesome siege scene at the end. Very clever consequential writing. Wanna read the book now.

It really is a good show. I also like Angel a lot, too. Especially the 5th season.
Watching these guys right now. At first, I thought they were OTT bland tubers, but they're actually quite good.

I started watching Community. I don't think I have watched it, other than bits here and there, since it was broadcast. The episode "Advanced Dungeons & Dragons" from the second season was taken down because some people thought Drow were blackface. It makes some of the later episodes a little odd as they refer to it ("You guys didn't invite me to p[lay D&D!") but if you neve4r saw it you wouldn't know what they were talking about. The season was even renumbered so it doesn't show a skipped episode.
Outside of that still a great show. I missed the joke the first time when a German character said "I only wish I had a word to describe my joy in seeing the misfortune of others".

I've been enjoying some of the episodes in "Cabinet of Curiosities" by Guillermo Del Toro. The first couple episodes were garbage, but there's a few decent episodes within the season. My faves have been episodes 3-6 so far, with the Autopsy and that Glo cream ones being my top faves. At it's best, the series captures that good ole twilight zone vibe
EDIT: Just finished watching. Episodes 1, 2 and 7 were stinkers IMO, other than that the series was ok. Each episode is an independent short story, each by a different director.

Is that a horror anthology or a cohesive series? You mention twilight zone, which probably answers my question (anthology), but I could of sworn it was a single story series, though I'm probably mixing it up with something else.

I’m surprised RLM liked that movie. They’ve become so snooty towards films average moviegoers enjoy that it’s a shock when they enjoy anything produced for general audiences. If it wasn’t for Rich Evans and Best of the Worst, they’d be completely insufferable.

The Autopsy was damned good, the best in the show so far, with The Showing being close behind that; I was surprised at how normal and likeable Eric Andre's character was in it, lol. As a Lovecraft fan, I did like Pickman's Model; it was pretty entertaining but kinda forgettable, but really didn't like Dreams in the Witch House. That story was butchered to hell and back.

In all honesty, I'm a bit of an RLM fanboy. I was one of the few people who actually enjoyed Space Cop. It's so bad. It's good to me, lol.
Been watching more Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and it's funny to see so many memes that have arisen from the show. One was at the end of Yugioh Abridged, where Little Kuriboh had Yugi say, "Goofin' off Martian style! Wakka wakka!" didn't know that was a line from Master Shake when he was trying to pretend to be an alien for a freak show in the 1st season. Another was a line in a deep voice saying, "UNACCEPTABLE!" which was in an episode where they lampoon the hypocrisy of censorship, although I don't know where I heard that line. Could've been from Yugioh Abridged, too, as that has even Moonitie-based characters in it, lol.

Raised By Wolves - enjoyable and interesting Sci-fi
Waiting for S3 of the excellent Slow Horses

Adrassil, I also love Space Cop. And I’m a big fan of their BOTW and Re:View series. It just feels like Half in the Bag has become less and less relevant the last couple years. And it makes Mike and Jay come across less likable.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh, and if you like Space Cop, check out Manborg.

@Bob, all good, mate. We're all entitled to our opinion, and I agree that Best of the Worst and Re: View are now better than Half in the Bag. I'll also check out Manborg.
While writing more of Secret War: The Annihilation Plague (which I just updated here in Dakka Dakka, shameless, plug ahoy!), I'm watching (or more accurately listening to) a Decoding the Unknown episode (yet another YouTube channel by Simon Whistler among his many, many YouTube channels) about whether Dragons exist or not (spoiler, it's very unlikely)

I have been slowing watching through Exo-quad and am amazed that this was ever on TV for kids. Genocide, race wars, and more! It actually seems strangely more relevant today than when it came out. This really demands a re-make ala Voltron or She-ra.
While watching this, I was also recommended something called: Wing Commander Academy. I was floored I had not seen/heard of this before. Only 1 season so if probably sucks, but I am totally going to watch it next.
