AK Interactive is introducing a line of acrylic painting markers designed for small details, etc. If they live up to what they've shown in the YouTube video I can see them becoming real popular Price is looking to be 1,95€ for individual markers and 5,85€ on three marker sets.

These don't use the Real Colors paints (which are lacquer-based paints). These are acrylic paints.

Michigan Toy Soldier Company has these up for preorder. $3.99 US for individual markers and $11.99 US for a set of three markers (preferred customers get a 10% discount).

There's a few places in the video where it looks like they're getting fairly fine detail out of the markers. I would have to give them a try before saying one way or the other.

I'm aware of Molotow paint markers as a brand, as I've seen them mentioned in a YouTube video before. Googling "acrylic paint markers" returns a surprisingly large number of results, but I have no experience or knowledge of using markers beyond dry erase markers on our whiteboard calendar at work.

I've used acrylic paint markers for graffiti, they work well in my opinion. Some examples in the spoiler. The effect is limited by my lack of talent, not by the products.
