I'll go first:

Firestrike servo-turret.

It's a Vehicle (Somehow) with a blazing speed (3") that makes all other Space Marine vehicles look spectacular by comparison.

Since no definition was specified - venomcrawler. Such a unique idea and sculpt with excellent expansion possibilities (even has a hole to mount something in) and simply left to rot on a combo sprue.

Consider the Predator. Let your soul be armoured with Faith, driven on the tracks of Obedience which overcome all obstacles, and armed with the three great guns of Zeal, Duty and Purity.

I had to look it up, but I still remember it from my third edition codex.

The noble Land Raider, for reminding us that the greatest weapon available to a Space Marine vehicle is its transport capacity.
Its my favourite Marine trope that stems from the BFG fleet list, where even in a space battle, the quickest way to kill something is to throw Space Marine infantry at it.

In terms of looks, I have always loved the Mk2 angled predator. The curvy turret earlier version never did as much for me.

When it hit with the Bradley vibe, I fell in love enough with the turret to refit all my Guard vehicles with them

Close second places are the current Vindicator, and the original Whirlwind. I love the modular nature of the Rhino chassis vehicles, but the more skelatal missile racks of the current Wirlwind don't quite do it for me. I like the modern military/anime aesthetic with containerised racks and cool looking covers

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

The best from yesteryear is the theoretical Rhino MBT from 2nd ed (cheap tank loaded up with as many HK missiles and storm bolter vehicle cards as you could model on it). Utter chaos until it dies and kills all passengers from a lucky shot.

The original master of the ravenwing land speeder with its rules in 3e was my favorite. two twin linked weapons, an invulnerable save, a special combat attack, a cool black paint job, flight of the valkyrie music in the background, and a few squads of ravenwing land speeders to join it, mwa! perfecto!

Vindicator. Boom.

Only surpassed by the Typhon. Bigger boom.

The hover tanks have really grown on me, but its hard to beat the Land Raider variants. Also fond of the Redemptor and I can't skip over my Corvus Blackstar as the best flyer.

Tempted to go with the vindicator for the satisfying boom, but I'm actually going to give it to the drop pod. No one else really has anything like them (except tyranids), and they really play into that whole idea of a small squad hurling itself into the middle of the danger and somehow coming out on top. Pretty iconic.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

Drop Pod. I've never been fully sold on Space Marines needing tanks (they're already armoured like a tank, and can carry a great deal of the Imperium's powerful weaponry - short of a Demolisher Cannon, what can a Predator do that a well placed Devastator Squad couldn't?)

Short of transport tanks (and even then, if Space Marines are meant to be as fast and rapid as they are, I doubt they really need a tank to help them move faster), I've never seen a need for SM tanks, short of things like Vindicators for their own unique weapon (but then, a melta bomb could do the same to a fortification).

But a Drop Pod? Something which *actually* does something otherwise near impossible, fits the whole Angels of Death motif, and plays into the rapid deployment doctrine of Space Marines, that aid-unlooked-for element? Oh yeah. That's the best vehicle that I imagine Space Marines to use.

+1 to Drop pod. It's a thing making SM the Space marine. All other for Iron warriors. We already have pals inside armour which protects from anything but guns those can damage tank. And it's one of coolest models in 40k. Even though I don't like SM, but I like drop pods.

Tyrannosaurus? No.

Triceratops? No.

Sabre Toothed Tiger? No.

Pterodactyl? No.

Mastodon?HELL YEAH! Those lads have got everything!

Cavernous Transport capacity. Decent anti-tank and anti-infantry sponsons. Its own AA array. And not just a whacking great frontal Melta Array, but also Void Shields.

And once it’s driven itself through your perimeter wall? It serves as an armoured breach point for further dudes to run through to further harsh your mellow. Part siege tower, part battering ram, and entirely self propelled.

There is something very pure about the Vindicator. I desire one very much.

Edit: Ummm...I mean the 30K version. It just looks right.

Odd that no one is going with the Firestrike servo-turret...

While it's not "the best" "vehicle" that marines have, I weirdly kind of like the turrets. They just don't fit the sneaky antics of my totally-not-Alpha-Legion marine army, and their stats always make them look so brittle... But I do kind of vibe with them and the hammerstrike bunker thing. The idea of plopping down some fortifications has a certain charm to it.

Worst vehicle? Invictus war suit. Because why the heck did you bother making a superhuman if you were just going to have him pilot a robot? If it had been the guard equivalent of the paragon war suits or something, I'd be here for it.

The original Grav-Attack Tank, because you know your opponent is at least aware of the chemist's deodorant aisle.

Drop Pod has already been said so eh

Drop Pods and void combat gear are the things that separate Astartes from other Imperial infantry resources.

I know the brand of deodorant I chose (and still use to this day) was based on modeling Grav-Attack tanks.

They looked like crap, and I think I finally tossed them out in the last move. But I had made 3 of them

I’m a big fan of the rhino chassis tanks. While I love the Vindi, I’m more partial to the Pred.

Drop Pods are a good call. I wish they were more central to the faction in gameplay because they are super cool.

Drop pods are a nightmare to build and paint. At least the old ones. While iconic and thematic, they can go die in a fire.

Speaking of which, aren't you the designated buyer/builder of the new drop pods?

Hahahaha. No.

I’ve got 3 of the old ones built and painted. And one more that was re-gifted to me still on sprue. That will probably stay in its box for a while.

That’s generally enough for a hybrid drop list, and even null deployment with some other assets in some versions of the rules.
