They were finecast, but someone on reddit said GW said they'll be metal

So fingers crossed.

The most recent MTO did have resin models tho

Accordingly, I pulled the trigger on the pointy eared freebooters yesterday

At first glance of the photo, I thought they were bringing back the classic Gorkamorka Red Gobbo, but that mini had a bit more substance to him.

I have no memory of the 3 in the front. I do remember the 3 in the rear, as they were sold together as webstore exclusives at one point.

Love me some grots.

Also, I remember making a Blood Axe leader with Badrukk's body as the base, the Ork jetpack special character's head and a power claw from what I think was Nazdreg. Regret selling that mini, but this is my chance to remake it!

That reminds me...I really need to get around to painting up the Skimmers of the Oceans (Rackham metal pirate goblin box). And the Casse Montagne.

Yes!!! Those gobbos were great, I was always sad that I missed out on them!

Badrukk is a great sculpt too, whoever chose to make these the MTO models has my eternal thanks.

Others I think came in a splash box of Badrukk and Flash Gitz? Exactly which I dunno.

It's weird that the reason Flash Gits can take an Ammo Runt as a legacy option finally now get a real release a mere 12 years later.

I really hope these are going to be metal and not resin

Edit: The Warhammer Account on facebook has said they're both metal!

How much do the made to order single characters in metal tend to cost? Hopefully he's under £30

The Badrukk I have is metal.

Interested in the ammo grunts, but given the cost of the recent MTO's I fear they will be way too expensive.

Two models on the right were available as Ammo Runts blister pack in 2007-ish. They were originally released in metal but converted into finecast later for Kaptin Badrukk's Flash Gitz boxed set (a limited release). The other four grotz were only ever available in this boxed set.

Whats the price for these badboys?

I suspect we won’t know the price until Saturday. There are no third party sellers for Made to Order who can leak the price early.

I don’t collect Orks but am interested in Badrukk and his Grots, depending on price too. My main concern is that if I get these now I’ll be tempted by the Ork half of the 11th edition box, and so on….
