I finally understand what people were complaining about. Backed the two Pinnacle Kickstarters that ended last week. Holy S-balls. So that's what a KS is supposed to look like...

The graphic novel and the plot point campaign book.

Both of them were well communicated; I think Shane responded within 24 hours to each complaint and addressed them all (usually by editing and clarifying the information already presented). The SGs were good, there were no huge mysteries of consequence, and all the mechanics (who would be writing, drawing, manufacturing the products) were all spelled out up front. (Not going to lie, getting Bronze Age to do the SG minis was a huge draw for me.)

Supposedly the PDF of the supplement will be in our hands (so to speak) by week's end.

No, you're not crazy, I specifically asked for a Webley revolver, along with a long, long list of other, very specific items, such as a cuirass in the style of the Death Korps officer, complete with refractor field gorget, specific medals and yeah, that Marilyn.

Who knows, maybe that will be the surprise at the end of the week, when the next update hits.

Maybe the update will be that they've received the prototypes for the Cyber Zombies and/or the Jet-Pack Girls and decided to redo them?

Though that wouldn't really be a surprise at this point.

It'll be a surprise if a) the update actually gets there at the mentioned time and b) they decide not to redo the zombies/jetpack girls

Both the zombies and the jet girls are in the production queue now.

Why not KalashnikovMarine? He was one of them IIRC.

I'm shocked at how many miniatures they've pushed back into wave 3.... SO MANY.

Also, the only reason I'm so mellowed out right now is because I'm out, I got my stuff, I no longer have to worry about any of this.

One of the problems with having an artist in charge of the project I suppose, it keeps getting refined, tweaked and whatnot until you keep overshooting that deadline.

Still no sign of nepharaya, the first sculpt they showed for the project. Thing I'm going to have to send and email and wind them up again.
