Sphess Puppies. Never really liked the fluff, the models, the general theme of the army - probably doesn't help that I used to collect Thousand Sons =P. They just really don't appeal to me in any way, shape or form; and this was before the new codex (haven't played against the new codex yet).

Dark Eldar, because of their look and their vehicles (those things look ridiculous and hilarious at the same time, like a flying pointy Black Pearl from your nightmares or sth). Tau infantry looks kinda meh too.

Fluff-wise, everything seems plausible.

Space marines. I like fighting a variety of armies. not the same one 2 out of 3 times.

Im iffy about marines. On the one hand they do get old. On the other hand the games are much more tactical in general. Obviously if someone is running raider rush it comes down to if you stopped the raiders or not. But a balanced marine army will always provide a fight. Compared to say guard or orks where it boils down to either getting enough of your guys in hand to hand or shooting enough of theirs.

I dislike Tau. Mainly because I dont like the Crisis suit models. Or Kroot. In fact the whole model range is about the same standard as Dark Eldar. Naff.

I dislike the dark eldar, just ninnie pirates that give actual yar har pirates a bad name. And for the hell of it im going to say Necrons, not fluff wise but units wise, they only get three and you only use one, damn boring, DAMN BORING!

I'm not fond of space marines mainly because too many people collect them and the battle is quite boring, Space Marines V Space Marines. I like Chaos the best because there is such more rich background behind them and the tales of the Heresy is just awsome. I really Like Khorne Chaos armies, although a pre-heresy space marine army would look cool.

I'd have to say a two-way tie between Spehss Mehreens and Necrons. Mainly for unit reasons. As I play Tau, I possess very little in terms of commonplace weaponry to prevent those damn 3+ armor saves. (Basically railguns and a couple of heavy short-range weapons on Crisis Suits...) Plus, I freaking hate seeing an entire turn of shooting get thrown away because all of the Crons stood up again.

For pure flavor reasons, also the Spehss Mehreens. Just because they're kind of dull. Outside of the Horus Heresy (Which was partly Chaos-related in the first place) the whole backstory just seems to scream, "We're Space Marines, we're awesome, and you all SUCK!" I much prefer the dark, tragic story of the Eldar or the expansive, close-call tale of how the Tau became a people. (Seriously. Just as the Imperium plans to wipe 'em all out, a massive warp storm starts up and stays there for a couple hundred years? I'm a Tau player, but even I call shenanigans on that one)

I hate Chaos Marines.

All the "Grrrrrr. We have hated for 10.000 years!" and "Look how badass I am! I mean, just look at the spikes and horns! cmon man, look!" doesn't really appeal to me.

On a side note. After having tried to bring about the end of the Emperium of Man for 10.000 years and having failed, one would think someone in charge would say;"Screw this! Lets hate the Tau instead. Sounds a lot easier.".

Can't say an Army, just some rules that GW made.

I just for some reason have an inexplicable hate for those armies. It's got something to do with them being all "for the emperor!" and "I have guns!" simultaneously. I don't like how every model in their armies can do anything, and any of their tanks can do anything. They don't have a specialty, I have guns and can do whatever I want. They so damn boring. The different marine types each taste slightly different when you fight them. Nuns with gu... umm Sisters and IG are just... I don't like them. They're very bland. It's also got something to do with having to see all those models on the table, I can imagine each one of them saying "Hey man, I can take any special weapon I want!" and me wanting to slap them.

It's completely irrational, but going against either army I literally think yo myself, "screw this" and just kinda scoot my models around until the match is over. I can't take them seriously and just don't care to. I used to think guard were cool because of doctrines, bionics, catachans and little subtypes, but now they're dumbed down. Sisters have always had the "dumbed down" feel to them, faith points are cool though. Overall, neither army can hold my attention for very long. The last time I actually cared to play against guard it was when I reluctantly accepted to play against a Krieg seige army. That was fun, normal guard games aren't.
