In salamander there is an entombed SM that they find from the Great crusade. He'd been alive for 10000 years down there in his power armor. But he was so old and had been sitting there for so long that if they tried to move im he would die. So this would suggest SM do age, but without combat can live over 10000 years

Doesn't the fluff imply that Guilleman may not have even killed Alpharius or Omegon, considering that all of the members of the Alpha Legion call themselves Alpharius?
