Why didn't Gulliamim get put into a dreadnought, the primarch of the Ultramarines. He sustained mortal wounds, rather than death wounds and had the time to be put into statis....
The emperor didn't have that much tissue left for a dreadnought apparently (according to PE and a few of the HH books).

Exactly, he is in a stasis, there's not guarantee if someone brought him out of the stasis and unlike the emperor guiliman didn't order for a life support device to be made, so his chapter have to improvise

The poison in said mortal wounds would have caused death IMO

If I understand the touchings on the titans in the book Helsreach, then there is a class of titan slightly larger and carrying significantly more weapons than an imperator. Battle Class Titan. But seriously, what wound is so great that not even the emepreor could heal it? I think he chooses to decay. Besides this, if he was in a superstructure it would be terra. It would divide into eigth hemisperes with massive magma spewing cannons sprouting from the center.

In one of the official 40k books (can't remember which - has Inquisitors in it) the Emperor stops or slows time, then speaks straight into their minds. His will is heard "from his mouth" - basically....

Something speaks to an inquisitor whilst in said 'Paused time' but was it really the Emperor? I'm not sure, I've seen it somewhere, but I forgot if there was a confirmation in which it was really the Emperor. It was a chorus of voices, right?
