Thanks Eldar I am pretty happy with how its come out. Sorry for lack of updates life has given me little hobby time the last couple of weeks. The Talon is done now though apart from the mechanicus symbol so here are some pics.

Next is probably going to be some more basic marines I want tog et my 3 tac squads done but I maybe be slow as I am thinking of taking chaos to my next tournament in 2 months and have to paint about 40 marines for them

But yeah more marines and little conversions if money is right when I go to throne of skulls I will get an assault ram or a spartan assault tank for you all to see

I would be jealous if you got a Spartan Assualt tank. I really want one of those!

I have decided I am going to take marines and guard allies or viceversa to thrones so more skulls inbound.

Finished another 3 marines. Really need to make an army list.

















That means the first 5 marines from the second squad are done. Need to get building the squad tech the melta gunner and the multi melta for them now.

Ok guys. Some more work on marines. I have made a melta gunner and a techmarine that has been bashed to carry a multi melta so he is squad tech and gunner at the same time.

Glad you like the techy I have finished him now I think he looks the tits. I will use him as a standard marine with multi melta in a tactical squad.













Now im going to go spray the marine with a melta and start on him.

I would like to know what units you guys would like to see painted up? Open to any suggestions I have loads to paint already and will buy the odd thing if its awesome.

The model is a bit rough around the edges but pretty sure when its done you wont notice.

Here are some more wips of the dread. Only at the very early stages still.













So basicly he had his black wash and I have added a red arm and done some black.

Dont know if I should do the centre part of the body black and/or the knee pads black?

Ha! Cool walking pose. Red is a nice accent too. That wash you gave him really brings out the details.

Right folks. Been doing some more work on the dread this morning.

It now has its black parts all painted and some of them highlighted.
The cables that I want dark grey are all done.
I have picked out some parts of the engine that are going to be red and started them. They need washing black.
The base has been started its nearly done just need to paint the edge brown a couple of times to get an even coat.

Still left to paint is all the brass like the front plate.
Burns on the engine and guns.
Blood on the combat arms.
All the purity seals.
Some cables that will be blue and green .
The mechanicus symbol.
All the lights.
Finish highlighting the black.

Doing a campaign and one of the areas is called the array. It has three triple lascannon batteries sat around a fairly large bastion that has another two.

Hope you like it anyway.

More work done on the lascannons today and I have repaired and done some extra work on one of the clubs big bastions.
















I think thats enough club stuff for a couple of hours. Time for a rest then do a bit of my ironclad I think.

Wow, your club is very fortunate to have you! What did you use for the base of the bastion?

Its mounted one a bit of wood. I did not build that bastion I just do the painting. Ow and thanks if only they knew it.

Thats a pretty impressive bastion you got going on there.

Event? There has been no event yet? I am planning a campaign which is what all the cannons are for. Unless I am being stupid?

I meant the campaign. I was under the assumption that it was this weekend. I am a dope.

LOL no your ok. I think I should get it started in a couple of weeks and it will gone on for at least a couple of months.
