In Warhammer 40k I would be a:

1. Marshal of the Black Templars. Leading countless Crusades, For the Chapter and Emperor. Slaying Heretics and Xenos, Traitors and Scum a like.
2. A Storm Trooper of the Steel Legion. Where my LiFE is always on the Line to serve the Imperium, Armageddon and the Immortal-Emperor against impossible odds.
3. A Templar Assassin, serving the Imperium's Assassinorium as well as the Black Templars Chapter, in killing the enemy behind enemy lines.

For the Emperor!

Titan poilt, then necron lord on a destroyer body, then iron clad dreadnought.

ID be the Tyranid OVERMIND and devourer the imperium, eat the emperors corpse, and then watch the latest episode of docter who on Macragge while snacking on Guillimans bones. Yup all dat stuff

Same answer I always give: Daemon Prince of Slaanesh. An eternity of Sex, Drugs, and Rock 'n' Roll in the garden of the prince of pleasure.

After that, being an ork would be pretty funny. For a while.

Third, I'd be the pilot of a CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT.

I would be a tech preist! Those guys are awsome!

An Imperial Guard Conscript; little better than for taking the blows meant for the guy with the power sword.

Well, either an Inquisitor who is an insanely powerful psyker (I like mind control, ok?) OR a rogue trader. Either way, I would run away quite a lot, from most things.
I'd be a really rubbish Inquisitor, just be really lazy and let my operatives do the dirty work.

A badass Commissar, I inspire my men to great deeds by way of my awesome clothing and vicious pointing and shouting skills.

I'd most likely be in the imperial guard, which is generally what everyone else would be.

Then like Melissia said we would be slaughtered and end up as rotting corpses.
