When asked what he thought of this modern film version, he said that was what he had originally envisaged Godzilla to look like, but he (Godzilla) ended up how he did because they needed a design whereby they could dress a guy up in the appropriate custume (obviously no computer generated effects back in the 50's when Godzilla first hit the screens) - I should also point out that the guys who have acted as Godzilla in said costumes and went round crushing model cities officially had the coolest job ever!

Ive got a couple that scared the outa me as a kid and seeing as the earth is mainly water given enough time it could eat gojirra or cthulu
I was afraid to swim at camp cause i thought this would happen
not sure why but he always gave me a good scare too.
