Assuming anyone ses this, anyone fance a game today? (Nov 26 2011) at the Sentrybox?

You will have a hard time finding a table today because there is a big spearhead tourny going on today and Sunday.

I still have it, I finally got a game in and, miraculously, wasn't as angry and frustrated as i thought I would be. So, I am keeping these.

I would be willing for a game but only just started, still don't know the rules....

Hey I am part of the group that usually plays on sundays at sentry box, which is still going on this week but I thought I would go on saturday also at about 12. It seems like there are a fair few people who have issues going on sundays, so me and a few others are getting in some extra 40k this week if anyone can make it.

Sounds fair to me. I've got two armies ready to go out the door, not sure about pointage though... something in the area of 1000

I've got Saturday of next week off should someone be interested in playing 40k at sentry box. Can do up to 5k. Would go on the Sunday but I think I have to work.

Also I just went and checked out Sentry Box Sunday 40k group for the first time and I had a blast. Those guys kick ass on a few levels, competitive lists, cool geeks and good times.

can someone explain to me why the damn 40k players always rear their heads from the other side of the city each time i get back into it....

On the offchance anyone was in the W-SW and wanted to play a game of 40k, I could host at mine. Nothing massive, say, 1500 points? I'm at work with the browser open, so just pop me a message by 4:00 (on the offchance this is seen) if you want to play. (today is saturday Dec 10 2011)

Sun Tzu, you're actually quite close to me. I'm just across from McMahon. I also normally play with the Sentry Box guys on Sundays but have to work every other Sunday normally.

Poda, you're real close to me - I think you said West Side Rec. I'm in Coach Hill. I'd take you up on a battle at your place, but I'm pretty much rocking night-gaming at the moment. How would you feel about like a 9:30-10:00 start on 1500 pts one of these nights? Fri/Sat works best, at least 'till the new year, but I can make most nights work if I want to.

I won't get another chance to do anything until next saturday. My last exam finishes at 9:00 PM friday night. Then its clear sailing til new-years.

I'll take anyone up on offers for that period of time.

I've also no dance on sundays for the rest of december either, so sunday sentrybox games work for me too.

Well, I'm leaving Calgary on the 26th, but I'd be up for a game before I left town.

I'm headed to Myth on Friday around 2pm to play WarMachine - they have a Journeyman league starting that day. I'll be there most of the night provided I still have someone to play against.

That being said does anyone actually play during the week? I work 20+ hours saturday and sunday so unless I book time off its pretty much a no-go

I play during the week, but it's pretty much late-night gaming as I've got a wife and kid. Also about to have another any minute now, but after it gets squeezed out I'll be back in business. How do you feel about 10:00 starts? Where abouts are you in the city?

I'm deep south. Evercreek bluffs to be specific. As far as getting a game in i actually don't have an army at the moment save for my renegade guard that are a wip. When I get a legal force done I'd love to have a game. What's the usual points limit for a game?

usual point's limit is what people decide on, same thing with the legality... as for armies.... well.. i have thousand sons, iron warriors, loyalist marines, non-GW IG, tyranids, and i might have enough of my GW IG left over too.......
