Sweet mate! Very smooth! I'm gonna go ahead again and say you should do to some weathering, but it still looks great regardless if you prefer the cleaner look. Any chance you've got enough finished for a family photo? Or you gonna hold off for a bit??

@Barksdale- Thanks again mate, I am playing around with some weathering ideas but so far I've not really found an effect that I feel looks right. I don't want to add damage or weathering just for the sake of it. I will kep trying some ideas and see how it goes.

@LeadLegion- Thanks mate pleased you like the thread, that really means a lot. Terminator pics to come, I am really pleased with them so far. I think they will be the nicest army addition yet.

Hi DakkaDakka fans ok so here is my Termie up date. I decided to fully complete one model, I tried doing a production line but realised I was not sure exactly how to paint them so I decided to get one done and the rest will be painted together.

I should also say a big thank you to BossDrachenfels for giving me these lovely bases. Thanks dude

Some people asked about the power weapons for the terminators. I decided to go for a look I experimented with on a veteran I posted earlier. I am really pleased with the outcome. I must say one of the main reasons I decided to do it, was due to encouragement from you guys posting on here, so a big big thank you.

Thanks man, I appreciate the point towards my thread. I finished 5 of the grey hunters today, i'll throw some pics up tomorrow.

Your THs are awesome. No doubt about it. If only I could replicate that onto my Chapter Master...

Zambro its really easy I promise. Its just wet blending from black to white. Make yourself a wet pallet. I made mine out of a Chinese take away container . I can show you how easy it is to make to if you want. Then simply have a blob of black a blob of white and a blob of grey. paint one corner of the weapon white the other black and the grey in the middle, then just merge the colours into each other. On a sword it would be a little different as you would have to paint halves of the blade. There loads of great wet blending power weapons on youtube "girlpainting" has a great vid called "how to paint power swords" that's what I used.

Hi DakkaDakka gang, ok so the Termies are taking a little longer than I thought. I have however finished the Sargeant, I thought I would take a pic of him and the next pics I take will be of the whole squad finished. All your thoughts and onions are very welcome and massively appreciated as always

Wow, those are much better than my terminators, I'm honestly jealous.
Been a while since I posted on this thread but it's nice to see these are coming along nicely, good to say you've really nailed the white this time. Have to agree your Thunder Hammers are looking awesome, and I love your sergeant.
Bravo.

@Brother of Bone.- Thanks mate that's means a lot. Yeah I have worked a little harder on the white, so that's really nice to hear, thanks brother.

@LeadLegion.- Cheers Legion, The Thunder Hammers do take a bit of time so I'm really pleased people are enjoying them, In future projects I may try brighter colours. I wanted to keep these to black and white as the Chapter is already a very bold scheme. Its definitely a technique I will explore more though.

@Zambro.- Thanks mate, very kind of you, I read up about your tournament games. It seems like your scars are not only looking great but winning games too, congratulations It sounded like a really fun tournament with great opponents and armies. I must admit I really want to battle a lot more, its a part of the hobby I'm really keen to get more involved in.

No problem at all, thanks for the comment on my BT thread, not so often I get one of those nowadays
Well done on finally nailing it, I can tell you've worked harder. I just do two-tone on my white, it's loads of coats of Eshin Grey then Skull White, and it doesn't look half bad
