Since DCCW's have been said I think my favorite would be that wrecking ball you could put on Kustom Stompas. The rules for it are hilarious and I like the idea of a massive wrecking ball sweeping enemies away.

The key difference is that you need Terminator Armour or better to wield a Chainfist. Anyone can pick up an Eviscerator and swing it around.
That and the fact most things that can take Eviscerators are I3, so we're striking last anyway against most things that count.
Still hitting before PF's. And that matters.
And note that Blood Reaver is S8. I mean it's not S x2, just S8 so it's better with low S models (and worse with high S models)

Best? Hard one. Drach is a very nasty little blade. The axe of blind fury. Personally, I'd have to say the swarm lord's swords still.

See are you just talking about a weapon? Or a weapon on a specific thing?
See I'd go with the Black Mace on a DP. S6 Fleshbane at AP2 with anywhere between 5 and 11 attacks. If you survive that, you need to pass a toughness test or you simply die (no saves of any kind, not even Eternal Warrior will save you.) Then if you kill anything, all enemy models within 3 inches need to pass another toughness test or they take another wound. (No saves again.)

The Avatar is a Daemon with EW as well, as is any Daemon with Iron Arm.
