I'll do another with Karak stone fatigues sorry for the lack of updates now I'm really torn between schemes. Thanks for all your feedback! Okuma do you mean the arms without the bulky shoulder pads? Those are the eisenkern arms I think the models would have too few GW parts to be allowed to play in store if I did them all like that sadly :(

God, GW are such donkey-caves when it comes to conversions and 3rd parties.

LeCacty I stripped the paint on the new scheme I tried, going to stick with the original scheme I think it will work with the Disciple models Updates coming soon, in the mean time here are my Blight Drones and Conqueror Leman Russ tanks, almost ready for priming, just need to add some etched brass and remove some paint and clean up some of the turrets and waiting for an OOP turret cupola to be delivered (for the rear tank).

Awesome! I'm really glad you decided on the first one. The tanks should look epic in it! Will the blight drones share the scheme or will they be different?

Yeah I think it will look better especially for the tanks. Blight Drones will have the same scheme as the tanks obviously with extra fleshy bits

Maybe a bit stronger, yes. You can do a second though, which should make it pop some more

25 more based... Very slow progress! Elected to choose the small base for my enforcer/disciple Plasma gunslingers.

My decal paper you can see in the background didn't work with my printer, the transfers fell apart as soon as they were soaked (let them a few hours to dry) and I have almost finished paint stripping some of my forgeworld turrets. Some had several layers of paint then prime then paint on them lol. Hopefully the resin won't be damaged, some of them look like recasts or it might just be the resin is stained. Took three buckets of dettol and over two weeks of soaking, with intermittent scrubbing, to get it all off.

Here's me trying to fit the old chimera kit to the chapterhouse studios wheelkit. There's a huge gap at the back and front that needs sorting (used some sprue), the chapterhouse studios kit doesn't fit at all but was easier than trying to fit it to the latest chimera kit:

Finally finished assembling my Platoon. The entire army is almost fully assembled, I need to make a few more melta infantry, several flamer infantry, some marauders, five Chimera and two Arvus Lighters then I am finished.

Here's a picture of my finished Lasgun Infantry squad (3 Melta's, One Chaos Sigil, One Melta Bomb Champion, 15 Lasgun)

Here's a picture of most of what I have assembled so far. It's really a daunting prospect to finish painting it all, but I want to finish this year. I only have a few more things to assemble.
