Maybe the AL have infiltrated the Inquisition and did that on purpose to give the illusion...

We could do this all day. I've given my list of reasons why an all male army is more efficient cannon fodder, you've given yours, I don't think this going anywhere but in a circle.

A) Quite possibly, and its quite possibly its like how I describe, a giant birthing pot. We don't know.

Then if you base any reasoning on the fact that it is a giant birthing pot, that reasoning shows nothing .

B) Sterilisation doesn't mean lack of sex drive. There's still desire to have sex.

Uh yeah. Neither does same-sex regiment, hence the entire argument is moot. That's why I'm not answering the rest of the argument.

C) Is it a cultural thing? Or is it something bred into us over millennia of men because the fighters and women being victims of enemy males killing/raping/enslaving/all three, them?

It's a cultural thing. Even the time frame of “millennia” that you give shows it. And trust me, dehumanization goes a long way, and it's really really strong in the Death Korps.

D) Its a real issue. How do you deal with the fact your soldiers are all bleeding profusely, moody and irrational once a month? You can't have them constantly strapped up with those masks 24/7, 365. You're going to have a period (no pun) qhere you have a couple thousand women ready to kill each other because they don't a tampon. That seems a mighty fine way to instigate a Chaos incursion, where Khorne pops in due to huge amounts of blood and rage at any one time and promises to give them the power to get their revenge on their oppressive masters.

.
Good joke. Don't overdo it though.

Maybe it's the Alpha Legion that has been manipulated by Tzeentch who was manipulated by Cegorach. Or maybe one can justify about literally anything based on conspiracy theory that rivals on the “Moon landing was faked”, and it's not interesting from a narrative point of view.

I think I find where DKoK women are lock:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lebensborn
not so (physically) hard for them as been reduced as
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bene_Tleilax#Axlotl_tank
yet still quiet a grim dark future as
http://lagon1.deviantart.com/art/Death-Korps-of-Krieg-Sentinel-424591108
is nothing else than the mecha bipedal version of
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/4f/Bundesarchiv_Bild_101I-801-0664-37,_Berlin,_Unter_den_Linden,_Sch%C3%BCtzenpanzer.jpg
Women do not only give birth but also participate to "Krieger Junge" indoctrination. This way DKoK are quite prepared to serve Inquisition too as the Matriarch would be seen by them just a a kind of battlefield mother guiding them when they work as SoB auxilliary troops.

What I like with some GW fanboys is that they think that if something isn't in the rulebook nor in miniature range, it doesn't exist in the Universe.(aka deleted from Imerial archives LOL)
This way from one day to another Squats, Ratlings or Beastmen just stop existing while some special character (Cypher, Sister Celestine, Abaddon...) just happen to have always existed even in the time they were not on the table.

(by the way wanna add Squats allies or even Orks mercenaries to your DKoK? look at Panzerfauste http://www.hystericalgames.co.uk/ )

In WFB, I remember a WD article explaining steam tank never existed (it was just a confusion with some king of water tank for a mobile kitchen) then one day the plastic release made it existing again.

However this fits perfectly to the backgroup (forgotten world because of warp tempest, fallen Dark Angels dispersed in time and space after Luther fall, discovery of Standard Template Constructs in a Space Hulk...)
More over Inquisition archives may look like G. Orwell 1984's Ministry of Truth which correct History in realtime.
I remember when Winston Smith is ordered to "create a patriotic hero" he start writing about his (imaginary) act of valor during (real) battles, explain how his engineering skills helps the evolution of hand grenade to the current model,...
Then one other day he deletes all existence of this traitor.

So today there may not be, been nor will be any female in DKoK, but tomorrow if The Emperor (of Lenton) decides to have more female (customers), then DKoK will be and would always have been mixed-sex.
Until decision is taken, Inquisition makes sure that no (positive nor negative) answer appear anywhere
