Terminator looks amazing paint job is near perfect.
Automatically Appended Next Post: The toad could actually be slanesh. As he is playing music and look his bush is the bigest. Seriously look between his legs.

If you look closely, the ladle in the mouth of the cauldron has a khorne skull icon on it.
Its easiest to see at the 0:28 mark
It could be just some generic skull, but it looks more like his symbol imo

Its a full (though small) skull. Well, missing the top, but full other than that. Easy to mistake, given the khorne rune is in the form of a skull outline.
Though really, the cauldron familiar eating a Ladle of Khorne has some nice symbolism.
I’m actually pretty happy they didn’t copy the silver tower ones. They are still pretty easy to get on eBay and I already the two that came with the game. Two classic familiars and two new designs is also a nice balance.
Geifer wrote: I like the Terminator, aside from the dreadful paintjob. Not big on the sorcerer. The familiars are the real highlight here, but I'm not sure they're enough to sway me. But I think I can stay subscribed for the Terminator.
I think you're going to have to clarify the things that make this paint job 'dreadful' here.
Let’s not spend the thread discussing one guy’s take on the paint scheme. All art is subjective. He’s had his attention, move on!
For me the model and the paint job could scarcely be more perfect and close to the original art. Nailing the silhouette is a bonus. Stunning miniature.
Shame they won’t be brave enough to make a unit of them, and that I’ll never get one as it’s paywalled behind their poor attempt at a subscription streaming service. The content is just so weak.

I wasn’t sure but the addition of the familiars has convinced me to roll over the sub to year 2 I was also finally able to order the year 1 Megaboss this morning
I never got the email that stated that I could order my Vindicare. I just checked out of curiosity and could just order it anyway. So if you are still waiting on the mail, just login on the store page and search for the model.
Btw.: If someone want's the Orruk model, but doesn't want to sign up for Warhammer+ PM me. 34€ + shipping. I still can order it until end of the month I think.
Yep, that terminator is absolutely perfect. I love how close it is to the artwork, I still love the design of the gun and I still think the chain-fingers are dumb but still somehow great.
I do not want a WH+ subscription but I do want that figure...
At £60 for the year, is it not worth it for folk to sign up for the year, just to never have to deal with Scalpers?
You get one model priced at £26 part and parcel, access to some Good Background albeit In A Bad Format. I mean…at least then the excess money paid for the model is getting you something?

Fed up of Scalpers? But still want your Exclusives? Why not join us?
Plus voucher, apps, videos. If you want one or both models it's not that pricey. Largely why i subbed in the first place. As orruk appealed made price of rest small
BrookM wrote: They say vouchers, what kind of are we talking here? More of the "spend money and get a voucher for x-amount spent" again?
I honestly can’t remember. I think I got two. One a straight up voucher (early bird reward perhaps?) the other spend X get Y.
Sure you can only use them at GW, but pretty sure that’s how I paid for my Delaque expansion Gangers? And with Heresy offering Direct Only weapon sprues, I dare say GW only vouchers have an appeal today they’ve not had for a while?

Hi, I‘m contemplating to subscribe after seeing the sorceress and am not interested in the termie, so… maybe contact me in about two weeks?
Still not really decided to pull the trigger, though.
IIRC its just a straight up 10-pound (IIRC 15 USD) voucher for use on their webstore (does not work with forgeworld if I recall correctly). No minimum purchase sizes or anything.

I was a littlie worried when I saw the previews that both were chaos, however I'm really liking that sorceress! Got no use for the Terminator so that's me for another year!
On this years models I'm still on the 25th of this month before I can unlock my purchase according to the webstore.

HBMC is in the market for the Terminator. I’m sure you guys can arrange something between yourselves

Not yet sure if I'll sub for the year in one go or monthly. I've enough of a backlog that I don't "need" the model right now. So it could be mine doesn't appear for a year .

Mine was saying the same thing and then I had an e-mail this evening allowing me to order it, so you might not have to wait all that long?

I’m really not bothered about either model, so I’m on the fence about re subscribing, but I’m happy to consider an “arrangement” if anyone’s interested.

I think I'm going to do the single payment next month before all the extra costs on my bills hit. Not bothered about doing the monthly one and I want the termie. I may even see about getting the other model later on, although I am not familiar what with its seemingly based on.
laam999 wrote: For all the talk of when you can order the current models (assassin) I had a check, mine says 30th, that seems like cutting it awfully fine.
I think the “ordering” is not the same as subscribing to be entitled to order it (which I think is where the deadline is)?

I mean, it's a lovely model... But no, it's not 60 quid lovely.
Just for the sake of avoiding misinformation or sloppiness, Warhammer+ is definitely less than that if you subscribe for the model and do the annual one. I can't check GBP prices, but it's 55€ for a yearly subscription and 11€ more if you subscribe for twelve individual months instead. The model is priced at 34€ (although I don't know it used to be from the start or has been subjected to February's price increase). If you get the annual subscription at the end of August, you'll get a 12€ voucher. If you're in it for the model and can make use of the voucher (which isn't hard, as the free shipping threshold is low these days and you can get an above 40% discount and free shipping on a clampack character), you're looking at 9€ for a year's access to the shows, vault and stuff.
Not trying to sell you on it or anything, just trying to get the facts straight. You'll know best if it's worth it to you or not. Me, I don't think the above is a terrible deal. Which is why I subscribed last year and will do so again this year.
On topic of scalpers, I very much doubt you'll get either of the models cheaper than if you go straight through GW. Although I think as suggested further up in the thread if you can find someone reliable who only wants the model you don't want, teaming up can be the cheapest way of getting your hands on the model. Though depending on whether such an arrangement involves postage, you may end up in the same region as the subscription without the extra benefits.
