Then the other knight steps forwards, and imposing Satyr clad in White plate armour that has clearly been repaired, "I saw you fire that weapon... it interests me to find that i cannot name it, what iss it??"

(dave) ok for a start you dont just get to walk in, when you near the gates a group of the local dignitaries come out to greet you

So there are towers at the corners and at the gates right??
If so I would put archers in the towers for range and cover. spread the rest of the men evenly behind the gates... and leave out the local militia as it seems theyre not quite up to par with our opponents.
If its possible to survive the drop Id put a couple swordsman on top of the gate so that as the enemy closes on the gate they can drop down behind them.

The librarian looks a bit shatterred and ehasted and seems to not have heard what you said, but at that point people start hammering on the door

) After a while the crier comes back, "this man seems to know something" a shady looking man from behind the town crier comes forwards, "thankee sir thankee"

(proto) She looks close to unconciousness but she tells you about how she was the real force behind her sisters ascension to the head of the politics in the area, but then your startled as she looks at you with hope in her eyes, "I thought you were different... i knew who you were when you came in but i thought you could help us... please dont kill me, please"

(Eckeon) The ataani beside you nods, "this is a good plan, but the drop is to great i should think, damage would occur, it is too high, but the rest... yes it will work"

(Eagle) Tyranic looks bemused, "A price? beyond letting you use our facilities and our hospitality and accomodation?"

Ranun awoke to peacefulness, glad he no longer heard the besieging of the castle.

He got himself out of the bed feeling refreshed. Looking at his bedside he could see his armor, battered - but not bloody as it seemed someone had cleaned it... but it could wait for now.

Ranun asks someone nearby, "Do you know where Sir Marta is at the moment?"

(proto) "Everything changed when the dead started rising again, noone knew how to stop them, i had to start using my sister as a tool, use her as the means for me to get the power i requried to destroy them, she understood and wanted to help, but there were so many who saw what was happening and anted my sister dead, we needed protection from them, i sitll do"

(ikr) Marta meets you halfway and the pair of you get to the gate, which is opened, at which point you see a dwarf snapping some clasps on his weapon and doing a test fire into the ground, he nods and turns to you slinging his weapon over his back,.... accelerate to current point of time....

he begins to talk about the organisation, slowly you coax more and more info out of him and eventually you get a decent picture of whats happening, the organization uses the profiles of well known bodyguards to pinpoint potential targets, their arrogance is profound as they choose the most efective bodyguards as the guardians of their targets, instilling a sense of fear of the fact that noone is safe, of the man himself little is known save that he is an apt politician
