I feel like you should have cut the rubble out from his feet and had him going up the step on the base. Seems kinda weird now. "I know this is the only pile of junk in front of me, but the floor is lava, so better step on it"

Did think about that but those bases don't look right from the back. He's in an underground mine so am comfy with rubble on a metal base. Still have to prime and paint all the rubble mind

Cheers Whaley. You did have a good point though and the more I looked the odder it got so I added in a whole pile more rubble to blend int the block he's standing out. Think it looks ok the now

If you get a chance to buy one. Do it. You won't regret it. You can pick up a copy on eBay reasonably these days. Just make sure it's 4th ed

I second that about getting 4th ed. it's a faff to get the extra board pieces as we've discovered.

Superb jobs on the terminators and Deathwatch. I think you're making me more nervous with each one about trying to paint my own!!

Was up at 4am this morning due to my beautiful wife's remarkable impression of a badly maintained freight train done through the medium of snoring - so I thought I'd have a bash at getting a colour scheme together for and paint up one of the stealers cultists from DW:O. Think he turned out nicely enough. As these fellas work in an underground mine, went for a more used and grubby look. Nice and quick figs to paint thankfully so got him done in a couple of hours all told.

Great job with the GS Cultist. He certainly looks very industrial with that paint scheme. Will you be getting any of the new stuff outside of Overkill then? Or just sticking to the 40 or so cultists from the game? (Do you have the game or just the models?I forgot). Overkill is well worth playing IMO. First mission is a touch unfair to the Cultists as the Deathwatch get a fair number of re-rolls to shoot stuff. After Mission I though... Good luck! lol.

I have the boxed set. Great great buy that was. Mind you all the GW boxed set are pretty awesome value. I'll get a few extra bits for both the bug squad and the DW eventually. Vehicles most likely. Love the blackstar flyer and the Goliath is a sweet bit of kit too. Will hopefully get around to playing some DW:O
at some point but definitely putting in a LoS house rule - lol

The last space hulk termie. Brother Califragalistic! Made a start on him. Tabard came out nicely. Will probably be working on the blues on stream tomoro. Getting loads done these days it seems. Yay!!

They are Casket, Silence, Dirge and Ghast - Guildball players from the morticians guild. I have another three in the cabinet yet to paint as well. Something a wee bit different. Will be starting them next week on stream.

Bit of progress while streaming this morning. Finished up the libbie's blue armour though I may add a filter into the recesses later and got the dread's gold done n'all.
