If memory serves it was "later in the year". Probably ramping up production for Christmas which is traditionally a time for boardgames.

Oddly, my memory includes “September” in the Cursed City rerelease dance though that might have been from a 3rd-party retailer indicating when the next stock was expected.
Which may well have been fiction, or it may have been genuine insight from their rep.

Just remember that “GW September” actually ends in October since they count preorder dates.
Though, as October 1st is a Saturday itself it’s not that much longer than the one most people count… this year anyway.
