thanks man, I do have the advantage of having some small (one class) sculpting experience from college... but that was 10+ years ago... and Green stuff is rather unique medium IMO.

yeah I need to get it finished. Saw the necrospinx model and went OMG must have. Its too bad C'tan are so sub par at the moment.

Very impressive. If I were you, I'd maybe add some decorations to the cloak to break it up a bit. Skulls? Necron glyphs? Or maybe Scarabs climbing up it?

Yeah I plan on adding more decoration... scarabs crawling around is a great idea though, i may just use that

also on the torso itself i have replaced some of the decoration skeleton skulls with spare necron skulls I had lying around. I will be adding more to the top as well to make it feel more 40k and less fantasy

Not sure if its my best conversion but definitly the newest flavor of the month for me.. Its also fully magnatized so i can add all the different weapon options, even becoming a forgefiend

Dorn took a nice third place in this weekends the Fang comp. in GW Copenhagen, despite me forgetting to paint his loin bling's rivets and running out of time so he didn't get the freehand on his cape I'd planned(will come at a later stage)
