How many lawyers does it take to change a light bulb?
-- Fifty-Four -- Eight to argue, one to get a continuance, one to object, one to demur, two to research precedents, one to dictate a letter, one to stipulate, five to turn in their time cards, one to depose, one to write interrogatories, two to settle, one to order a secretary to change the bulb, and twenty eight to bill for professional services.
Another shot of the Jackal. Only used Necron kits.
Automatically Appended Next Post: It's mostly Triarch Stalker kit. There are some Tomb Blade bits in there and the "ears" are claws from a Canopek Spider. I tried to keep the number of kits bashed to just a few incase I ever want another one haha
Oh, looking very nice, impressive kitbash indeed. I love the Anubis head you made there (any chance for a close up on that face?) I'm guessing your phearon didn't want his powerfull walker in the hands of a preatorian that didnt have to obey him, ey?

Hey thanks I'll post a close up tomorrow for you. I'm really happy with the head, made it from a Triarch stalker leg

I like that this mini has a sleek look to it, but still very deadly. What do you run it as?
I only finished building it this morning Havent decided how to run it yet. Any suggestions?

Just use it as a triarch stalker itself, the stalker is decent in size and a 'walker' in it's own right, this way you wont confuse someone on what it is in game, walker = walker.
This is also one of the best kit bashes I have ever seen by the way, absolutely fantastic, do you have any WIP pics?
You may use anything I post, just remember to give me credit if used somewhere else.

Thanks mate! I'm super happy with it. I did, after base coating, chop the "tail" down a lot. Being Australian, all my mates laughed and said "It's not a jackal, it's a kangaroo!" So I docked the tail a bit.
I have a few pics on my phone but the torso is pivotable and removable too. So I'll pull it apart, snap some shots and post them up after work this afternoon. That way you'll be able to see every part used.
I have another triarch stalker conversion that I'll post this arvie too. It's not as impressive, hence my hesitation at posting haha
Correct. the "toes" and "heel" are the only non-tomb blade part of the feet. I really dont like the tomb blade model, Im using forge world Mk IV Outriders to turn my Tomb Blades into moto-terminators.

This is some awesome work, I love it, and it's great that you've used just necron kits, very well done especially the head.
Look forward to seeing it painted.
Do you think you could create a tutorial? It would be one heck of a AB "Count-as" as long as the oponent didn't mind the lack of a skimmer base.

Thank you very much A tutorial is possible, it took me about 8 hours to build, but that included trying to figure out what parts to use and test fails etc. so I think, with the right parts, it'd only take an hour or two.
When I get time I'll put a tutorial up, with pictures. Not WIP I'm afraid, but I'll point out the bits I used with Hi-Res photos. To get started though, you'll need a Triarch Stalker kit, 3 Tomb Blade kits and an Annihilation Barge kit. If that sounds expensive, you're right.

Thank you! Painting has begun but it's a slow process. I love building but I don't enjoy painting.

Building is creating, it's turning a pile of parts into something epic and cool. Painting is playing dress ups, it's putting pants and a shirt on, one colour at a time. I find it as boring as watching paint dry.
