@ the damned artificier: Hmm, should I congratulate you on a fantastic conversion or rather hate your guts for cutting up that Zhufor model? A bit of both, I guess
Here's another one of mine, a failry straigtforward kitbash to create a counts as Dark Apostle for my World Eaters:

@ the damned artificier: Yeah that Dorn looks really great and characterfull.
But how did you get those flimy wires bent and glued? The last time i tried something similar was horrible. And i think at the end the wires only stayed in place to not hear me curse like that again.
Definitely not entirely happy with his paintjob, but I quite like the modelling:

DS:90-S++G+++M++B++I+Plotr06#+D+++A++++/eWD251R+++T(Ot)DM+ JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles. corpsesarefun: Thank god I missed be nice to shrike day. greenskin lynn: because of all the skittles and soda, you basically live off sugar water, like some sort of freakish human-hummingbird hybrid.
The picture is a little small, Ill get around to adding a bigger one eventually.
This is the first time Ive used greenstuff and also the first time I ever had to try any serious cutting. Im very happy with it, and I promise the eyes dont look as bad as they do in the picture!
This is my Ultramarines Captain on Bike. Mostly a kitbash, but i did have to cut, reposition and sculpt his leg to fit the leaning position.
Kits/Bits used;
Space Marine Commander
Space Marine Bike
Chaos Space Marine Bike
Ravenwing Upgrade Sprue
Grey Knights
Blood Angels Sanguinary Guard
Space Marine Assault Terminators

My favorite so far is my Gretchen carrying my handstiched WAAAGH! Banner across the battlefield! I particularly like the poor Grot at the bottom that everyone else is standing on top of! LOL
"Orkses never loses a battle. If we win, we win, if we die, we die fightin' so it don't count. It we runs for it we don't die neither, cose we can come back for annuver go, see!"

8000pts of WAAAGH!

probably my best conversion right now. I'm painting all my 40k daemons army with a purely Nurgle theme. This will be RotBeak, Lord of Carrion and use the normal Lord of Change rules.
Well, it's been a while since I contributed to this thread - but when it rains, it pours. Just finished up (modelling) my Meganobz and Warboss - I'll let you decide which is "best".
Dam you want us to choose there is way to much AWESOME to pick a favourite, War Machine is just a great pose and looks so bad ass so is up there.
But Predatork has all those little film references, the shoulder mounted weapon, the skulls hanging from his belt, the Pred claw, wire meshing outfit (which was a cool touch indeed) even the Alien head.
Thunda'amma has the brutish feel of an Ork, although not as crammed with goodies as the rest.
Light'ning Klaws has some exceptional detailing on the claws themselves and an alternative to the normal Ork outfitted claw.
Which brings us to the Pièce de résistance crammed full of eye candy, I have a sugar overload just looking all the detail on the miniatures and the display itself.
Some of the highlights being the Termi shield only an Ork could come up with that, the iconic cloak just love that ( see what I did there ) all the grots dragging the sword holding the helm ect
But one thing which was a stroke of genius is the grot /goblin holding the book looks fantastic, but then to bring it all together by displaying it on a wrecked LR track is just well to dam cooollllllllllllll.
So to say which is my favourite would be impossible they all are
