One of my favorites is this Bretonnian Paladin of Empathy made from a Witch Hunters Crusader with some Knight of the realm bits and an Empire Greatsword:

Also this mini I made for a Dnd character is pretty righteous, not sure what to do with him now though. He's made out of some Space Marine bits, Empire Bits, Dark elf legs, and a vampire counts skeleton head:

Then comes along the frakking Spinosaurus who kills the T-rex, and the movie says "LOVE THIS NOW! HE IS BETTER" But...in your heart, you love the T-rex, who shouldn't have lost to no stupid Spinosaurus. So you hate the movie. And refuse to love the Spinosaurus because it is a hamfisted attempt at taking what you loved, making it TREX +++ and trying to sell you it.

For your Juggerlord, I'd see if you could get his back foot to bend a little, so that it's gripping the back of the juggernaut better- right now, it looks like he's gonna slip off.

GENERATION 8: The first time you see this, copy and paste it into your sig and add 1 to the number after generation. Consider it a social experiment.

Love this idea. It's really well executed and looks like it could be part of the actual GW line. Great job man!

Id suggest get a cheap $2 neclace and make a choker for the jugger then leash it to the lords hand. i think it will help look like he has some control of a rampaging beast and it will add to the stability look

My favorite conversions would be the first Archive Hobgoblins I turned into Pikemen and Cavalry for a Hyborian Game.

They were by far from my best, and they remain missing in action.

Currently, all I have are some Epic 40K conversions, where I made from Star Wars styled Speeder Bikes for my IG and SMs.

There are photos in the Yahoo 6mm Sci-Fi miniatures group.

And I am currently working on conversions for LOTR miniatures, to give the Easterling cataphracts halberds, which would make them VERY similar to the Khitan Liao Super-Heavy Cavalry, who carried just about every kind of weapon under the sun; and to make Barded Horses for the Rohirrim Royal Guard. I think I have done a few other minor things, like putting the Númenórean Shields on the Knights of Minas Tirith.

And my most ambitious conversions are re-creating some Balrog conversions that I did of the Ral Partha and Citadel Balrogs from the 1980's. I am thinking of doing something similar to the GW movie Balrog, to give him Armor like he is depicted wearing in the John Howë concept art.

Better than I could've done.
My conversion work on my models makes it look like nothing compared to the models I've seen here in this thread.
Good job everyone.
