So you mentioned up thread that you use foamed PVC for costume armor (and presumably for your awesome props) I'm in the planning stages of making my own sisters costume, and was wondering if you'd mind sharing some details. Like what thickness(es) do you use? How do you shape it, and what do you use for a heat source? What type of paint (or brand) and sealant do you use. And finally, do you have a recommendation for online suppliers for your materials? You've made some awesome stuff, and I'd rather learn how to make this stuff the right way.

I took a clip from a buzz bee dart gun, it was almost perfect in it's stock form and basicaly just needed some paint.

Because this year we got a lot more press( mostly due to my upgrade in GFs) I need to figure out how to top these armors...the Ork I think needs a Powa Klaw and I think I need to redue a lot of the Cannoness armor, mainly the legs, robe and arms, possably the backpack too...
