..In some parts of the Country, a man is apparently judged by the size of his truck. Me, I laugh at them, always at the gas station burning off their 8 mpg! LOL

Hrm... if they judge me by the size of my car I'm screwed I think... european cars are always smaller than their american counterparts. I'd love to get my hands on an original 69 olds 4-4-2 at one time... but that will probably mean going to the US, finding one, and importing it.

I am also working on a "Manticore" Missile Barrage Unit, and a Thudd-Gun, aka, Quad Launcher for the newer players out there. I have to get the tractor painted/decaled/muddy

Do any of those paint colors work for you Shas? I thought the one blue would be a nice highlight for the darker blue you use.

Okay, well, I do have a white up-date, and some sad news. Sad news first. I ran out of glue. BUT I did mange to get the basic tread systems done so I can show the scale of the project better to all interested parties.Using a Manticore(Chimera chassis) for scale, it will give the idea of the size of this beast while still showing it is not a super-heavy or a metal monster along the lines of a FW mammoth.

Just got handed some E-6000 adhesive

running out of glue is a heinous stroke of fate!

those tracks look good... and i will remember how you did those frame works for the treads inside... that is a very good idea... together with spacers that helps the assembly quite enormous!!!

Thanks Vik, i did get handed a tube of E-6000 adheisve, Industrial strength stuff! This machine will be tough to kill with such a bonding material!

Now, having seen the drawings, you also saw the treads, so you get an idea as to how big it will be.

Still have more paint work to do on Manti, but he is shaping up nicely!

And those floor tiles aren't proofs either, those are Dental Stone casts, you can glue/paint them right away if you want to, no problems

Ah, so they are floors I can make into a plan and then add walls. Cool Dave, I have cut out the Aquila, and am looking to also cut and make a =]L= symbol I found the cut for.
