The plan is to make it so that It would be easier to locate it and then have second one that i use for mining.

So I just opened up an armor shop at Spawn.

And I was wondering what would people want me to sell? Enchanted weapons with the armor?

And enchanted books? The only thing I have that is expensive is the diamond armor.

The only thing I don't have are diamond boots.

Honestly, if you had a couple of 'specialized' armours or armour sets, I'd come by and buy.

Things like entire sets of Blast Protection (*coughCreeperFarmingCough*) or Projectile Protection or Fire Protection, for people who know what they're going to be facing but don't want to do the enchanting to get the full sets.

Or a set of Aqua Affinity Helmet and Depth Strider boots, for those doing underwater work, or Respiration and Sea Strider sets for those travelling over the water/exploring oceans. Or fancy colored sets of leather, to act as certain costumes.

Basically, the trick to a successful shop, is not to sell something people can't get, but rather to sell something that people can get, but don't want to go to the bother of getting. Like massive amounts of stone, or matched sets of enchants, or fancy banners, or potions/fish, redstone systems, etc. etc.

...Actually, that makes me think... Maybe I should hire one of the Excavation companies in town to work on the Tunnel system...

I added the new Jurassicraft Mod, 1.4. Stupid thing overwrite all my Dinos. I mean Really. There all gone now.

I could do that.

But I am selling unenchanted diamond armor, bows, and quite possibly I will be selling enchanted diamond equipment along with iron weapons and armor. As iron armor is quite common, I could have it all enchanted to such a degree that you would probably want to have that gear.

Anyone have a skeleton XP farm set up that I can make use of?

I want both xp and bonemeal heh.

If you can some how get some doges to mine yes

Let's just say I learned an important lesson to save experimenting with the summon lightning command for a test world....

and that lightning will happily travel through ceilings into the insides of buildings.

and that one mistyped command can summon quite a surprising amount of lightning.

And that sheep attract lightning.

Imagine how happy someone would have been if it were creepers.

Sounds like a certain madman here on the server...

Asherian, the rail line tunnel is going through the ravine near your place- The one you got to through the cave system near your purple-glassed outpost building.

So I came up with a new autofarm at my house.




It's really simple to set up and can take a lot of plants easy.

Powered by having water inside that cauldron, as in if the cauldron is empty this does nothing at all. It has like two areas, one where the melons will spawn there and the other on top of the piston. Any block changes in those two zones triggers it and powers the pistons, even something like placing a torch on top of a piston and then again when you remove it will. It has upwards facing pistons which seem like a waste but are needed to continue the power to all the pistons at the same time. The upwards facing ones would probably point back under it to farm even more plants at the same time but I realised that just after finishing and couldn't be bothered playing around with.

Then Not_u's gonna have some issues.

I think those are grass blocks, not slime blocks.

They're grass blocks and it had over 7 stacks in it last time I checked. I use the windwaker texture pack at the moment. It's really nice for when you kill mobs at long range cause the smoke particles are bright and purple so stand out.

for my part, I use sphax 64x64, though was thinking of downgrading to 32x32, given how busy Lily's area tends to be.

My son (Hedgieboy) semi-recently set up a shop in Dakkatown to sell potions and whatnot. Due to movig house, school, and a dozen other things, he hasn't had a chance to really do anything with it yet.A little while ago, I saw that someone on the server had went and fully stocked the store and even decorated a little. He wanted me to come here and say "THANK YOU!" to whomever it was that helped him out. Hopefully, I'll get internet access soon so that I can get back to slowly growing my little town.
