Helo. Yeah.
I plan to expand mostly north away from the territory, seaward and also to the edges of a far off mesa to seek resources.
I may have to explore more to seek freely available sandstone and such though.
I might help and expand the territory's infrastructure if permited.
I see a potential way to gain much more secure areas for livestock and other support infrastructure cut heavily into the terractta walls with architectural red sandstone details lining the rail terminal back drop.
Maybe cutting upwards to glass skylights in black that seen invisable below at night.

I walked the route today and marked all the biomes needed, they should appear on the overhead map after the next update. I haven't heard of any objections so far, so if that continues I will probably start construction in a week or two.
Anvildude, can we meet up at some point so I can see where your track is running and see if we can tie my project into yours? and let me know if it's ok to go between your place and whoever is next to you.

We will have to discuss this in depth good sir, for I like these concepts! If you want to go West, then there are a couple of islands I have 'liberated' from their barbaric pasts, and built a couple of keeps on. There is a Sea Temple between them, and I am hoping to build a prismarine farm soon.
Speaking of which, a couple of previously unclaimed islands in the middle of the sea have been claimed by Ulm (I.E, myself and my vassal states {players}) There is also a sea temple between them that has been claimed, it has a red sand pillar coming out of it. As I said any vassal states are free to help develop these lands.

Imagine the walls on its approach looking like Petra but in red sandstone as local and show of success.
Other sections more open holding farms, live stock and tree farms all built away and safe into the cliffs of the valley, with room for storage and all possible needs.
A mighty towered entrance maybe even glittering gold roofs that marks your realms entery.
Pure drama, and kinda a mini mega project.
I kinda have too many ideas lol
Could also develop the stone cliffs in similar fashion tonhouse extra facilites as needed.
Il have to go sailing and explore the fellow vassals once I solidify my island and maybe eventually link a tunnel to the realms gatwat.
.

Well, the idea is to get both the vassal islands (currently each holding one keep) to become fully independent forts with villages and the like, which can then be used for all Ulmanian players and their hired mercs to clear and prepare the Prismarine farm, and then later be used as waystations for people on long voyages, or staging points for further expansions.
Now on to your proposals: I like where this is going. Golden towers above red stone walls, mletting all whom see them know that the heartland of Ulm starts here. And how about the bay? A towering fortress armed with cannon, rearing over a bay full of ships.
your own house having a centre place within the bay itself, a towering pinnacle the Ulmanian Empire's success.

West is ideal for driving branch mines and Il likely secure a second island as a way of making sure that area is safe and free to mine too without anyone getting confused..
Everyone gets to live, mine without issues of hitting others.
Yeah. Maybe line homes and such into the cliff's and make place interesting . A bay ringed with homes, a pair of forts eaither side of Bay. Ships gan gather in middle and put in deeper waters.
Maybe a light house on the high cliffs. Ita a vision of a thriving realm

If you want to drive West then we now have territories at -1867/-854. To the north there is a small island chain, now claimed, and to the south there is another island, also claimed. Both have keeps on, and are ready to go.

Ooh..
I better check em out.
I can always build a boat dock off my island for people to push deeper..
Maybe stock a few basic boats and some food for travelers voyages.

AHAHA! If yer a Dwarf, you ought to come join us in the East. Sleitsmithr and I have been doing big, dwarfy underground things over there, and I think it'd be awesome to just have a huge network of underground passages and kingdoms interconnecting all down there.

I'm actually curious Mondo- what's the inside of your place look like? I mean, I've seen the monoliths and stuff you've made at the top, but do you have an underground area as well?

Take a look, help yourself to the fruits of the mob grinder! I've got more gunpowder, arrows, string, bones and zombie flesh than I know what to do with! The only thing I've done underground would be the second floor to the subway in the spawn. Most of my stuff is practical.

So, 'Ulmanian Glazes' is now open at the Spawn, head down there and check it out for some sweet decoration blocks.
On another note, work on the vaults has unveiled two previously unknown structures - a Dungeon containing a Zombie Spawner and a deep underground Canyon, which when added to the previously discovered Abandoned Mineshaft leads to a total of three structures/geological phenomena within Ulm's control, and a major hope for expansion.

I need an approach vector I have the biome track sitting at the cold tiaga west of your base.
I'd like to tie into your track like we talked about, I just need your help in connecting into it. Then of course I'd help you finish a track line. And who do I need to talk to about a exit track?
