Bought Diablo 3 for PS3 this morning and enjoying it a lot. The multiplayer is a blast and without the always online gak and the awful auction house of the PC/Mac version, it's soooo much better.
I've just finished the Witcher 2 and Dishonoured and I have just started playing Space Rangers 2.

Do not underestimate the Squats. They survived for millenia cut off from the Imperium and assailed on all sides. Their determination and resilience is an example to us all.

Its just a shame that they couldn't fight off Andy Chambers.
Warzone Plog
Just completed Arkham City. Just got a few chapters into Max Payne 3 and I'm loving the new visual direction (though I do miss the Noir and the story boards).
Borderlands 2. Im fighting the warrior for gear so i can get XP for TVH mode.
He is easy. But the lava is getting me. I keep falling in the a pit right behin the step
What you can do after killing the warrior is just sit there killing the rak that endlessly spawn. It's the equivalent of going to the forest and killing boars though lol.

Yes, I enjoy it.
Unless I'm missing something, though, assault rifles are terribly underpowered and shotguns are king. The M14 clone ain't too bad, though.
Strangely enough, I do my best work with a pistol and monolith But I agree, shotguns are king.

How is Magic 2013? I downloaded it, but haven't played it yet.
Idk how M2013 Duels is, but 2014 is good fun, I've got that on my PC and it simulates the game just enough to frustrate me, but it's simple enough that I don't have to deal with amazing 'wtf just happened' style wins. If I lose, I can usually see where I screwed up in the strategy and lost.
Edit: Currently playing Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn for the PC, and holy feth are MMOs addicting >_< I don't think I've poured more time into a game like that since I quit WoW. I've had the game available to play since Sunday the 8th, and I'm already level 32 with level 15 in a secondary class (I did the 15 side class levels yesterday morning). I haven't touched hobby stuff since the Tuesday before the 8th.

DR:80+S++G+M+B+I+Pwmhd11#++D++A++++/sWD-R++++T(S)DM+ Ask me about Brushfire or Endless: Fantasy Tactics
Demon hunter seems like it tries too hard to do what another class can just kind of buttonmash through. If you get hit you seem to squish, whereas my witchdoctor just kind of trolled through the same areas. It was neat... just a lot more labor intensive, at least for me. Having fun on the 360? i played the PC but grew tired of it quickly.
On topic: Mostly, I have been painting, however I may try to get icewind dale 2 to run in compatibility mode... or perhaps install one of the neverwinter games. Failing that, I foresee another spat of FTL...
The game feels like it was made for consoles from the get-go.
In regards to the Demon Hunter, yeah they are squishy but you get some serious damage reduction/mitigation abilities around the end of Nightmare/middle of Hell modes. I refuse to remove the rune for damage mitigation from Shadow Power and the +armor, resistance and lower discipline cost passive ability is just too good to give up.
May pick up Diablo III eventually for PS3, but mostly for couch co-op, which I heard is somewhat annoying, so not really hurrying.
We actually got Final Fantasy XIII-2 over the weekend and have been playing it. Surprisingly fun, but then we enjoyed 13 for what it was - got a platinum trophy on that one even.

You have my eternal respect. After reaching the "max level" (All characters with the crystal thing 100% complete) I decided to attempt to fight a certain enemy, one that looks an enormous armored dinosaur. It butt-raped my team, me, and probably any spawns I may or may not have one day.
It was my cue for "Nope, nope, nopenope, not gonna happen, not gonna 100% this bad boy" and stop playing it.

The only annoying thing about couch coop is that unless the second player has their own separate account enabled with internet access their progress is not saved, meaning you'll be playing Normal endlessly.
While we're on the subject of D3... Blizzard was kind enough to send out an email saying the auction house was going to be led out back and peacefully shot (my words). I guess it's not doing what they wanted. If that means they modify the way monsters drop loot to the point that I can actually go out, kill stuff, loot items, and even one of them is potentially useful/not utterly disappointing vendor/salvage trash... I may feel like playing again
Its not so much that I want the best gear in the world to drop with every bucket of raining frogs... its just that I'd like to pick up an item that I could use every once and a while.

There will be a complete re-balance of the weapons in a future update, though shotguns have accidentally been nerfed a bit by having their accuracy drop off by 100% after ten meters.
But yeah, right now the Mosconi and Deagle / Bronco are the top picks for the most part, though a properly kitted out ersatz M4 or M16 can still be a viable option, it just takes more rounds to drop the feds.

Gave up on that around Cataclysm when they seriously fethed around with Hunters. And they made out they were doing us this big favour too!
"We've decided that you no longer need bags of ammo, you just put one arrow in your bow/round in your gun and it'll last forever*." - Ouch went all the engineers making shot and the leatherworkers making bags.
"Also, we've decided to give the hunters their pet at level 1, yes, you get it as soon as you make a new hunter character" - No! screamed all the groups who realised that from then on, 98% of all hunters would actually be Huntards who didn't know how to kite a mob as they can now just sit back, let their pet do most of the work whilst they AFK autoshoot or try to work out how to make their cosmetic pet the most awesomest 'pokemon' battler in the entire game.
Geez, dumb it down much?
OK, so with very limited internet access now, I couldn't play it if I wanted to, but as long as it's like that, I'll stick with playing Skyrim (offline), Riddick, Total Anhiliation, or Rogue Trooper.
*or at least until you can use a better type of ammo, but you'll still only need the one!

We each have an account, but I killed the HDD on our first PS3, so we are just using one ATM - it would not save the second accounts data?
It works for saving characters for Borderlands 2 mostly, but it does not work for trophies somewhat obviously, but that is including restricting me from getting a trophy for rezing someone online on my friends list since the accounts are not both online at the same time. (Does that even make sense?) I assumed it would be the same.
I read the annoyance at not splitting screen and all menus take full screen.
