I tried the new Tavern Brawl in Hearthstone.

It's so objectively bad I feel obliged to just uninstall the trash.

While playing Saint's Row 4, I somehow decided it would be fun to have the president of the United States look as similar as possible to Geralt from The Witcher. No reason, just thought it would look cool.
Also, it has a dubstep gun and a minigun that fires rockets, a flamethrower, and various machine guns at the same time, while playing Uncle Sam's jukebox in the background. I am so happy I bought the Game of the Century Version.

Also found out Just Cause 2 has a world map of 20 000 square miles, which will make for an interesting road trip when I inevitable decide to drive/ walk/ swim around the perimeter. I also like how this random island is (from what I heard) around a hundred times larger than the world map of Oblivion.
And then I remembered Daggerfall had a world map of 60 000 square miles...

Picked up WoW Warlords of Draenor during BF sales time . I only did a little pandaria but I think I like WoD quite a bit more. The Garrison is just..nifty... And the quests I've done in-between rushing back to micromanage my little fort have been fairly entertaining too. The time travel(?) Thing is kind of confusing as I haven't got time to sit there and read up in it... But its a neat expansion .

Saw magicka2 on sale... Probably miss it this time but one day..

Really hankering to play final fantasy tactics AGAIN. Has anyone tried the android port of the war of the lions remake? I keep seeing crash/force close issues reported and if its really that prevalent I'd rather just emulate the original again.

WoL's campaign seems better in many ways and even has at least one awesome speech. HotS is mostly about Kerrigan's seeming redemption even though she's constantly going on a path of vengeance that kills crap tons of people. HotS's cinematics are much better than WoL's though. As far as stories go I find WoL's to be better but maybe it's the human touch of the story that does it rather than the animalistic zerg.

There is not this idea.

Just saw that there's a new Dwarf Fortress release. So that's my next few hours set.

I mean, I know there's going to be bug fixes galore coming, like always, I just want to explore the new changes. I might not even do anything other than dig through the raws.

But it will still be fun.

I do play it on PC and thus far I have had no issues with it.

Be aware that it absolutely eats computer power, and unless you have a shiny new computer it will require running it on lowest (which thankfully still looks good).

More mordheim and wargame. My friend and I held onto the left flank in a game of wargame and just slaughtered massed helo with aa helo units and aa infantry as well as his pivadas. They had ground units too but their tanks were fairly minor in comparison. Surprised we held that left flank considering our right fell so hard and they never managed to hit our base or come close for some reason. Time ran out and we won as always. This was against AI though so comp stomp meaning it was a sea of red and mostly just our few soldiers holding out as best they could with our superior tactics and similar. For whatever reason he seems to have a lot of soviet decks with helos and air but then so do I. I just imagined soviet invasions to have lots of tank rushes.

As far as mordheim went I won every battle till the last against some chaos warband. Once again it was the divide into small groups fight where they throw your weakest forces out to die and put your most potent beat-sticks in the middle of effing nowhere. I wasn't doing half bad but the very second I went below rout level I instantly rout. I was only about one point below minimum rout test level. I've seen the enemy hold till the last guy but almost always when I just barely go under I rout. It's obnoxious. I might've even had a chance if it played out.

I'm starting to get the opinion that sisters of sigmar and esp. the chaos warband are OP esp. when you're forced into close distance melee fights at game start (or very nearly in it) or when you're forced into small groups of idiots that can't compliment each other very well. When you are separated it's best to do the set-up yourself so that they don't screw you with random deployment like they so often do with me.

Oh and for whatever reason sisters and chaos warbands seem to crit. far more than usual even when I had a very critical hit heavy warband and good critical hit resistance they'd do it even more than me and sometimes even crit. me with freaking ambush/counter-attacks. God that was annoying. Oh and the headshot skill is supposed to be an instant stun if it hits and yet I'm seeing a bunch of enemies completely immune (esp. with sisters of sigmar and chaos). Wtf is the deal with that? Is it stun resistance being super high? I was under the impression they should stun automatically like the ability says.

Lots of mordheim. Not one loss though at least one close victory that almost turned into a loss. I basically destroyed sisters of sigmar down to one person and they finally rout with only one guy left. Meanwhile I got dangerously close to getting within rout check level myself (which I'd have probably failed even though I had about 4-5 guys to their 1-2. Rout checks need a serious makeover as they can be really unfair sometimes. In a different game I managed to kill off an entire skaven warband without any of my guys falling out of action. I haven't been seeing as many chaos warbands but usually when I do they provide me the most trouble of all. Sisters of sigmar are also challenging fights but chaos are just way too potent. So many heavy attacks and great weapons. I should invest in far better dodging and esp. the specialty abilities that allow multiple dodges or parries. I'm finding those abilities to be ridiculously potent against all enemies even with the skill on henchmen. I must use that more next time esp. since skaven are such expert dodgers.

Oh and I only have one mission left in act 2 before the game is finished. I'm sure the warband can still get more wyrdstone, experience (via wyrdstone, objectives, etc.) and formulas among other things though. I'm very curious about some of the specialty troop types/heroes that you seem to get for giving enough wyrdstone to certain groups. I just want to see what they do. Hopefully I'm not disappointed. I'm just hoping they get some interesting gear proficiencies or higher skill caps in certain areas.

I'm playing War for the Overworld. I'd heard that it was pretty buggy when it was first released so I waited a few months before picking it up. Been playing a few missions.

The gameplay is pretty much fine I think, but the menu screens are a little glitchy.

Buy I love Dungeon Keeper (probably warped me as a kid - I played it to friggin' death). So this is nostalgia heroin for me.

Remember the WoW April Fool's Day joke post from waaaaaaaaaay back when Blizzard "revealed" the two-headed ogre race that would require two players to play? Meet Cho-Gall. He's made up of two characters - Cho and Gall - and can only be played by players in a group. There's a special quest to play two matches with him. I didn't try him out myself, but I'm pretty confident that the way he works is that you and a friend who are grouped together pick the "two" ogre characters, and then run him in one body. No idea how movement is handled...

The "Cho" player controls that. It's a pretty net design.

You're correct. To play him you need to have two player's in a party, you can't Solo Queue them. One chooses the "Cho" head, the other the "Gall" Head.

The Cho player controls all movement. He has a short ranged dash after a windup, the ability throw out a slow straigh line skill shot bomb, and an AoE DOT that heals him a little bit.
The Gall player, acts like a permanent Abathur hat so is just an ability turret taped to gall's booty. He has this slow bouncing blob attack, a straight line skillshot on a low CD and the ability to detonate the bombs the cho player throws out for aoe damage.

Cho's first ult is an hammer that upgrades his auto attacks and lets him do a frontal cone knockback stun on a moderate CD.
Cho's second ult is large cone AoE tractor-beam type move.

Gall's first ult is rapid fire burst of projectiles that do insane amounts of damage but are very slow to aim.
Gall's second ult is an AoE slow that he can detonate for decent damage in a large AoE around them.

For appearance, the game chooses at random if it'll use the "Cho" player's skin or mount. The "Gall" player's choice gets applied to the one (skin or mount) that the Cho player didn't.

As for me I just picked up Xenoblade Chronicles X and it's feeling pretty solid so far. I kind of miss the use of a UK voice cast from the first game, which game it a lot of personality. That said given all the characters are explicitly american in this one I guess that wouldn't make sense.
