Now I kinda wish I would have waited to build my big momma cannons.

I would love to use this new open top tractor as an ammo carrier but it wouldn't match the style of my Rhino based BMC's at all. So I'll still have to convert a rhino into an ammo carrier for now.

That armoured infantry kit looks fantastic so far, but the midpart of the torso looks like it's quite a bit too big.

The tractor looks like it might be a good base with which to build some sort of mobile artillery. Also, maybe flack guns.

Loss of posability, but they look great. Will you consider offering the modular version too, though? That's what had so many of us excited.

These models are fantastic, but you can't make an army from 5 poses.

Offer both versions and it's win-win and will generate massive sales.

Yeah I am hoping the originals are available as a modular set. These are excellent, but I would prefer the originals as a modular set for regular SM figures.

So, do both!

No, no I did not.

Awesome!!

That said, I think offering them only in this form and not in their cleaner, less evil look would be a tragedy.

Oh I think that Puppet's War know full well that if they do not release that multi-part set soon that I will be on my way to Poland (or wherever they are stationed) to produce them myself!

Those are pretty nice.

I'm excited for the stock multipose kits to be released though.

Also, are those centimetres on the grid they are on? I truly do hope they are around 40mm tall. That would be awesome.

I really don't see how anyone would actually think that PuppetsWar would suddenly not release the pose-able kits and would only release the evil variants shown.

I mean really?

Even if the evil variants aren't as customizable, they are still fantastic models.

And no, I definitely did NOT see that coming.

Releasing prebuilt complete legs in various standard poses and also the 'assemble the pose yourself' leg bits would be a great idea.

While I completely agree (from the amazingly positive reaction in this thread to the modular version, they would simply be throwing away Tons money not to sell them as modular kits) I don't think Puppet's War has made anything this modular before. Their "standard" practice is to do as the chaos ones previewed here are- make 5 sculpts, and sell them as a set.

Hopefully, the huge support they are seeing (and huge market potential) for the modular kit means it will be sold, too

Everytime I come to this thread I'm disapointed.

Because there is
NO GUNSHIP!!!

Minis look great though.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

OK... I admit I don't always read threads as closely as I should... They AREN'T intending to sell these as modular kits??? You've GOT to be joking. I thought that was the whole point of them?

Gits, we only know what's been posted. So far it seems clear that they intend to sell them as chaos-i-fied versions (which do look quite good). However, the bigger market potential is definitely with the modular version (just look at the response here!). Hopefully, they are taking note of our enthusiasm for them to sell the modular versions and can confirm that that is their plan.

Got it. I hate to over-react... but if you don't mind my 2-cents worth Puppet's War, really... these are a kit-basher's dream. I mean I can see that it's a very good idea on their part to make a modular kit so they can easily make the "forms" on which to make a bunch of unique sculpts... that makes a tremendous amount of good sense. However, I think there's real potential to have the kits be sold as-is so people who want to have nearly unlimited flexibility in designing their own models. I've begged other bits & model makers to build arms in specific poses... but with your kits, I could do whatever my imagination came up with. I kill myself cutting and pinning trying to turn the stock GW parts into realistic and interesting poses... with your kits... I could just piece them together. Man, what a time saver that would be!

It's an impressive system you've developed... you should maximize it's potential by making it readily available.

Sincerely,
Gits

I don't play any army that could use such models, but if they are indeed modular, I don't think I could resist the urge to buy two or three units.
