I was thinking of converting the Yu Jing one by using the half-hown face of the Husam as the new head, then add GS to make it look like a samurai helmet and change the armor a bit, too. Maybe add a katana. Now it's perfect for JSA.

hmm... Thats a good idea. The arm positions do look like it wouldnt be that difficult to have a 2 handed sword. Also need to tweek the legs so that they are walking forward rather than just stood there aiming in the distance. . . with a pistol!

For me, these spec-ops are some of the best figures CB has ever made, and that's saying something. Not crazy about the Pan-O and Morat ones, but the rest are fantastic, and I almost had a heart attack when I saw the vortex. Possibly the coolest Nomad fig yet.

That PanO vs Combined at the train station is fraking AWESOME! I love the all the artwork that shows off the setting and the architecture of the Infinity universe. Pentisilia makes me want to pick up Aleph and the Gau-Rael will be seeing my painting table if it's anything even CLOSE to the artwork! Can't WAIT to flip through the final book and see the figures, hopefully a full campaign is enough to get my warmachine buddies to switch over, even if I have to pick up every faction and loan them out!
Quite interesting bits from there, I can speculate quite a few things from the little information they let slip, I really hope the train gets released though it will be Awesome.

Those new Yu Jing troops, I must have them, I must also know what the hell they are. Screw the Kaplan, those guys are all the tacticool I need. Also, they will be getting a Contender option. Can't wait to see the stats.

And wow, Briscards are gonna be awesome !
Probably ARM 3-4 with mountain terrain
And access to a lot of heavy guns (Marksman rifle sounds very interesting =D)
And those Tohaa...damn, it's gonna be hard to not start them (also good to know they plan on keeping the same weapons for them and not entirely new stuff)
