I mean, I get what you're saying but when you compare Isobel to the Intel you notice a pretty hefty difference in terms of the model.

Their profile is grunt, but that doesn't change anything about their fluff. They are not grunts that rise to honor, but special operatives, as the name implies.

I would also have to add that Dire foes are by no means a starting SpecOps, but fully developed individuals.

Yeah, there's going to be some I buy just to have. I'll probably split the Nomad/Aleph Dire Foes box with my Aleph buddy for the civilian and space Daenerys, and probably end up keeping and painting whoever is paired with Yasbir just for fun.

Really though, I mostly want the Civilians from the sets.

I think that not all the boxes, but some of them, plus the HMG Gao Tarsos and likely, the general release of the Anaconda TAG (the one they sold at GenCon in a limited pre-release).

The Hazmat mini is Haqqislamite, according to what Bostria said at the GenCon seminar. Might be it. At least I hope you guys won't get Angus hahaha

Another day, another spoiler. What could it be this time?

It's one of the VIPs for the Dire Foes sets.

The SpecOps have all so far retained the same basing patterns as their faction proper and that style of base--while similar to the Nomad, older PanOceanian, and ALEPH bases--is not one that has been used before.

Yeah, that must be it! The pose is also very contained, no limbs with weapons attached flying out towards the viewer. Seems feminine to me, so my guess is naval officer.

All of the VIPs at the moment--barring Angus the Derpy Fusilier--were concepted as females. Hopefully they have changed their mind and done at least one more male VIP, but I would not hold my breath on that.

I love how the paint buildup of the first pallette has molded it to the tile. Reminds me of when I dug out the red pot on my pallette and found half a pot of dried vallejo bloody red in there.

There are some blurs, do they tell something or are just a jest thrown to the fans? I hope this means we will get more updates sometime soon.

I see a cape on one of those blurs. I suspect Konstantinos is in that case.

Although something else occurred to me. There are rumors that the Black Hand Sectorial will feature assassins--and it's possible that is what we're seeing here.
