Turn around time isn't super fast. Took them 2 weeks for my email telling me they'd sent it and about a week and a half after that to get the bit.

So...

Are we supposed to enter the codes with or without the dash ("-") in it?

And is there anything else I could be doing wrong?

I know it isn't the whole lowercase "L" looks like a number "1" thing - because this particular code has neither!

Is ANY part of the entry process case sensitive?

That's what I figured, and that's what I've been doing.

I'm about ready to say "Screw it!" and do without Mission Pack 1 - but then that's the Train Rescue one and the one I was most looking forward to!

I only had trouble once (well or twice depending on the point of view). But it was before they implemented the complaint code system, so I can't help you with that. I can tell you that they gave a very fast solution to my issue.

The issue was that I had bought a 45th Galwegian box from Maelstrom, and the box only included the 4 bodies, and nothing else. I contacted Maelstrom, and a long time later they sent me another box... with the same problem. I contacted CB and in 3 days I received a bag with the missing bit for one box. I had payed only one, so that was fine. But now I have 4 extra bodies. If CB sold the spare bits...

I was missing some hands for some Uberfallkommando, or at least I thought I was! Turns out the hands to the Chimera are attached to the whip thing she is holding, and had been there all along. Doh! Sorry CB worker number 342 for any punishment you received because of me..

Had problems with the download code too. Don't remember how exactly I eventually put it in to make it work. I do remember I was quite annoyed by the whole thing. The captcha was hard to decypher and no hints regarding how to type in the code were included. It was a pain. The guys from the O-12 podcast had the same problems.

I am not that impressed with the Scots Guard despite wanting to try them out for my CHA force. Maybe I need to see them in person, they do not jump at me as much as the Biscards or the Wolvers did.

There are two copies of each of the two different bodies in this box. That's nothing new, it's the usual strategy for halving production cost. The myrmidon box features just two bodies too and I found it very necessary to hide that fact as well as possible. Same for the druze, but at least their equipment is more diverse, which helps.
With this box it is very obvious. That calls for conversions. I'd never field them like that.

The Scots-Guard aren't wearing coats. They're reversible camouflage cloaks with the tartan patterns on the inside.
It's a really weird design but it let them make a little bit more of a "military" looking unit, which the Scots-Guard are, while giving some room for a "sneaky" unit appearance.

It lets you easily transition between the 1st and 2nd Battalions, which actually have different rules in-game.

I used the dashes when I input my code for Train Rescue, and had number 0 letter O issue. Looking at the code, I wonder... are you having trouble with the number 8 and the letter B? They are similar on mine. Don't give up. Contact CB if you can't get the download. If nothing else e-mail them a scan of the code sheet as proof.

On topic... nice stuff this, but nothing for me. I think A few Ariadna players I know will be happy to get the Scots Guard box. Although, personally I was hoping Mr. 2xSMG would be more dynamic.

Think those new Scots guard look fantastic! Only thing putting me off them is my cowardice when attempting to paint something like tartan, and that I know I wouldn't do and then other people would know of my cowardice when they saw my models.. Wonder how they would look with just some camo, but the Scottish flag on their pauldrons?

The releases look great. Especially the Scots and Sekban, I enjoy the bulky and outdated technological vibe they have.

I do hope I'm going to see Toni or Seraph in the next few months. Those two TAGs are the only types I'm currently considering to use.

Nah, just paint a different camo pattern on the inside of their cloaks. Then other people will know that you are just smarter than them when it comes to painting Scots guard

Usually I don't mind the double bodies too much, but Imo this sculpt is way too flamboyant to have twice.

They'd be nothing to stop you bending the cloak slightly in either direction though. Think that's probably what I would do if I got this set.

Those Sekban look awesome as well, can't wait to see some of the high-res picks of them!

Ah, so that's the Ariadna Molotok. I have to say, it doesn't look as bad ass as I was hoping.

Given the scale of other new weapons i think it looks about right. Still don't understand why they are wearing burberry jackets though!
