Well log horizon was a great big ball of emotion this week.
Spoiler:
The crying and the passion and super cute scene at the end were all great. I was wondering how Shiroe would pull it off but he didn't do half bad. I knew the scribe skill had a perk somewhere!

Shiroe is God.
Crusty has a hard-on for battle (He did one hell of a rape face)
The Rudy / Isuzu scene was fantastic and I kept hoping for a kiss after the "slap", even if it was on the cheek... That ship better be going full steam ahead into the high seas!

Crusty's rape-face was slightly reminiscent of Alucard's grin, only with less fangs - looks like the princess is having doubts...
The Rudy/Isuzu thing isn't even ship anymore, it's blatantly obvious, although her treating him like a dog might have some... interesting... undertones to it...
the Naotsugu/Marielle ship seems to be going strong as well, I think.
Really looking forward to seeing the consequences of Shiroe's contract - I don't often disagree with Draconic Lord, but he's reminding me more of the Devil than God - seeing as Rudy pretty much just sold his soul to become an adventurer...

The first two episodes of Total Eclipse are the worst kind of **** tease. I was all set for some NGE style SERIOUS mind fethery but noooooooo generic mecha harem. Koda Kumi's "Go to the Top" as an op, the solid action (when they get around to it) and heavy fan service redeem the anime and make it worth a watch.
I beg of you sarge let me lead the charge when the battle lines are drawn
Lemme at least leave a good hoof beat they'll remember loud and long

The show is best watched by just skipping all the fan service episodes IMO. It's just sad when all of the other episodes don't top the first two. That was one of its worst faults.
Rider was one hell of an impressive character. He knew how to be a "comic relief", he knew when to be serious, his interactions with his Master, Waver were fantastic, eck, even Gilgamesh respected him.
Not only him, pretty much the entire cast was fantastic. Saber's Master should have his own anime, ffs! His background was fantastic.
I admit, I didn't exactly understand completely what happened at the end. The "Inside the Grail" part was very confusing. I did get the Grail is no omnipotent miracle wish granter, it's more of a D&D's Wish Spell. The DM will always find a way to feth you up.
Next up is Fate / Stay Night... I feel it's gonna be a bit "meh" after all I heard about it when compared to Zero...

Spoiler:
The Holy Grail of Fuyuki has two components: the Lesser and Greater Grails. The Lesser Grail only requires six or five Servants to fall to be activated. However, it cannot grant something that is truly impossible, i.e. something on the level of True Magic (normal magic is something that can be understood by scientific means and replicated by technology while True Magic is something that cannot be understood/replicated by contemporary Humanity). The Greater Grail requires all seven Servants to be activated (Tokiomi was keeping one Command Spell in reserve to force Archer to commit suicide once all other Servants had fallen so as to activate the Greater Grail) which would allow it to open a path to Akasha and circumvent the Counter-Guardians (most of the time magi open a path Humanity's collective subconscious - Alaya - sends Counter-Guardians to eliminate said magus; apparently, Humanity in general takes umbrage at individual magi trying to become God).

Divine Buster sounds more awesome to me

I got kind of a one piece vibe from Fairy Tail. Not a bad thing, just the whole "beat your head against it hard/long enough and you'll win cause you're the good guy" kind of thing.
And another one of those shows that latches on to a concept (wizards here, but pirates, ninja, whatever) and proceeds to completely ignore general ideas about said concept. Pet peeve more than anything, but I thought the show was alright
Steins: Gate is freaking awesome. I've only just started episode 5, but it is refreshing to see a sci-fi anime not crawling with aliens, mecha, or psychic powers

Good, good, our army grows. Please do keep watching Steins; Gate, that show rekindled my love for anime because of how fantastic it was.
Well, after failing to successfully convert and import correctly 2 entire versions of Fate / Stay Night into my iFail, I pretty much decided to call it quits and start watching the 2nd season of the "sexiest cthulhu mythos" in existence.
I can't believe it, but it's even crazier than the first.

Watching Nobunaga the Fool, and couldn't help but appreciate the Latin pronunciation of Caesar's name. Whether from my love of Fallout: New Vegas or my training as a historian, I really appreciate those kind of details.

Gave Nobunaga the Fool a try and just couldn't get into it - maybe a little too over the top? I dunno. Lost interest pretty quickly. Nobunagun on the other hand...

Anyone know where I can watch Steins; Gate without the annoying commercials. Currently watching it on Hulu and watching the same 4 commercials OVER and OVER and OVER is slowly destroying my soul.
Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios
I watch on Animecrave. They still have commercials but they're only at the beginning before you watch the episode. No interruptions during the episode.
You do think they'd be able to get more than 4 sponsors at the same time. And its always acne cream or febreeze

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

Completely agree.
Still watching Fool but it's low on the priority list. Gun is definatly better. Much better.

Try Pinoyanime.tv it's where I watch all my stuff at.
I stream episodes from Animeget.com, it's got a pretty decent selection, but it's all subs rather than dubs, which originally put me off.
Now I'm used to it, it's my go-to site for Kill La Kill, Log Horizon, FMAB - everything except Hellsing and Bleach, really. (Youtube and Bleachget.com respectively)
I did try Crunchyroll, but had the same advert based problem - Animeget has one ad, at the beginning, but there is a way to get around watching it.
I stream my weekly episodes from http://www.anilinkz.com/ and they do have a ton of animes ready to be streamed.

I watch all my stuff at animeseason, though most of the time I just download it so I don't have to deal with any BS and actually have 720p or higher quality.
I use crunchyroll, Funimation and Hulu for almost all of my viewing. I use animeseason for shows I can't get anywhere else (lookin' at you, Familiar of Zero), and I was using Blockbuster for shows I was curious about...
Guess I'm gonna have to get a Netflix account. Or a lot of amazon gift cards. I tend to buy DVD's of shows I really like, especially if they release a dub.

I pay for a CR premium account, and watch whatever isn't on there at http://www.animefreak.tv/. If I like the show then it is downloaded for my personal collection, and if I REALLY like the show then I buy the DVDs. I end up on Crunchyroll a lot though.
