Everyone knows the best character in KlK was the NUDISTO BEEEEEEEACH! frontman (whose name I forget right now).
Started watching Psycho-Pass on Funimation, but it stopped after the first three episodes saying I had to subscribe to something (After I already created an account).
I take it watching the rest on that site requires premium?
I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.

I'm guessing you are talking about the Dosh King, Takarada?

Honestly, to this day (Three months after watching KlK), I'm still not sure I actually liked it. It intrigued me. It entertained me. But I'm not sure it pleased me.
CLOTHS ARE TRYING TO EAT PEOPLE!!!!!
I've never feared Death or Dying. I've only feared never Trying.
CLOTHES ARE REALLY SPACE ALIENS THAT LANDED ON EARTH AND GUIDED THE EVOLUTION OF MONKEYS TO BECOME HUMANS WHO WOULD NEED/WANT CLOTHES, AND NOW THEY'RE HARVESTING PEOPLE!
Waiting for my shill money from Spiral Arm Studios
Just finished Arpeggio of Blue Steel.
I really liked it, but the ending felt a little anti-climactic. Will there be a season 2?
Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines
Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.
Just don't think about it. Whatever you do, don't think about it.
Spoiler:
Honestly, I've thought and I'm kinda disappointed with it; there's really only two dynamic fights in the entire thing, one of which happens in ~episode 5, the other in ep 23? I mean, if they had had more of like the first fight between Ryuko and the STudent Council President it would have been much more fun.

There is a movie in the works i think, but tbh, you would be better off hoping for a more true adaption of the manga since they basically changed half the story (pulled a real FMA on this) and ruined any real s2 potential.

Lies. You must give daily thanks to KLK

Glad you enjoyed Psychopass! I found the whole thing so good it was ridiculous. At first it all sounds like "Minority Report. The Anime!" but as the plot progresses it just blows the mind.

anyone know anything i can watch for a little inspiration for a story I'm writing, fantasy style?
hopefully something that doesn't have many cliff hangers, I don't sleep enough as it is.
well, uh, no magic, kind of down to earth stuff, focusing on the relationship between a somewhat unwilling princess and her escort of two knights, the primary protagonist being one of them.
you know, the whole "get vip from point A to point B while a gak tonne of annoying and or character building crap tries to kill you." yeah, and i suck at character development so anime seems as good a place as any to "research" also that's my favourite kind of anime.
Hm, if it's non magic you may be better served watching more historical anime then fantasy, since anime and fantasy tends to be MAGIC POWERS EVERYWHERE.
Your plot sounds vaguely reminiscent of Samurai shamploo too, except the girl bails the two swordsmen out and they're kind of indentured to her to find someone she's looking for. I think.

Pretty sure theres meant to be a movie of some sort to do with it. Not entirely sure what it was to deal with. I think it was a continuation...I think... Been awhile since I saw the news for it on Crunchy

hey how do you guys like a good redemption sub-plot in your story/narrative?
Depends on how whiny the protagonists is about it. Japan tends to treat those plots a lot like a bad fan fiction writer. Lots of whining and moaning on screen and not that much redeeming. It's a kind of plot that really needs a sense of subtlety to carry it, and Anime isn't really known for being subtle.
You could try Kai Doh Maru.
Historical drama with war and romance. And a "female heir" main character. OVA. Unique art. Quite enjoyable.

Aah, finally beat the damn burn-out SAO gave me and managed to watch my first episode of this season, Log Horizon.
It seems as good as it was before and the new direction intrigues me, I think I shall have great fun watching the next 4 or 5 eps in a row onde I can.
