Awesome. We can have our own Titannicus game.

So got ambitious, needed to see some progress as I have been slaving away painting Armor panels for days. Finished the last shoulder peices. So decided to just start glueing...

Thanks, the camera phone pics seem pixelated, and show the black armor as being way to shiny. I need my real camera back.

So some little more to do on her, Touch up painting where the attachment points for all the armor plates. The toe brass. The inbetween toe armor. I bought two hanging prisoner cages (think medieval torture theme) that i will look to hang from the sheild mounts on the front shoulder armor. Add some banners and done.

If i have time i'll try to finish the plasma and Volcano Cannon. Then I need to get the Crons finished - mainily plastic rods inserted on a lot of guys. Some spray sealing and the start to pack. Lastly confirm the Knight fight table is ready to go.

Less than a month to go!

The Warlord is looking great, Solar - will you be basing it, or leaving it free-standing?

In terms of storage, it looks like a model where a custom box might be an idea, possibly with a set-up that allows you to attach the model to the box by the feet.

No base, unless it proves unstable at Adepticon.

More progress. Finished the touch ups to the Armor plating. Finished the volcano cannon, so now I have another option for the Titannicus game.

Next picture is the prisoner cages I added to the front armor plates. Each contain a Heritic. Lastly as an omage to the original Titannicus models and artwork. I added some Back banners.
In-between toe plates and Banners and she's done. I have other weapons. New Carapace weapons and the Sunfury plasma will be on the list after Adepticon.

Thanks Gwyn.

A bit more to do and then a good through spray sealing. Looks like the weather here is warming up. It hit 47 today. Awesome, hope it lasts.

I need to add some rods to my Necron weapons, then I'll see about getting some actual camera shots of all the stuff I'm bringing. Then start packing, so I can see how much space I will fill in the truck. So close now.

Wow, the black and white are so striking together. It looks really sharp. And those checks are very crisp as well. Stunning work.

Close. Was gonna poll, ran the list of names past wife, she insisted she should pick since I spent a large track of attention with Gwendolyn and not her. Can't deny that.

Expect an announcement soon.

Thanks, Legio Crucius. Lamenters Marine painter. I got a lot of practice painting checks. I thought I should but some stripes on the shoulders. I will contemplate after Adepticon.

Cool that all 3 of my Titans will see the field at Adepticon. We'll see if they are on the same side. I've only seen 1 Warlord in the event. This may be the second.

Still a little bit to do on Gwendolyn. But in general she is ready to play. I'll need a weekend day to finish and seal coat her. In the meantime I had a little time last night, so I started cleaning up and laying out all the stuff I'm bringing to Adepticon.

3 Titans, 11 Imperial Knights, a 3000 pt Tyranids army and a 3000 pt Necrons army. Both not very competitive, as I wanted to give some of my opponents the opportunity to play against Armies they don't normally get to play.

I'll try to get stuff packed up and out of the way this weekend, so I can spend some time making sure the Knight Fight table is ready. Lastly if I have time. I'd like to do some new terrain for our 40k table.

Made a simple banner for Knight Fight. Simple design but at least the players should be able to find the table. Now to put some grommets in for hanging. I'll bring some tack in case we have some wall space

Starting packing. Need to figure out what to do with Gwendolyn.

What does tha..... ohhhhhh.

Working both weekend days so not much progress, I'll try to get Gwendolyn her final spraycoat as it looks to be 53 degrees on sundayas well as some artwork for the back banners at the minimum.

18 days to go.

I must admit... that is about the most un Gwench-like construction I could imagine. Looks more like Dick Butkus or Lyle Alzado to me. Actually, now that I look him up... it really does look like Lyle Alzado! Now THAT's an image I need to put into Brent's punkin' little head!

God ...yes. Though I think that will only slow him down. Not abate him.

She is affectionately name thus to specifically prevent him from touching, moving or handling her in any way. Just like real life Gwench. I'm loving the irony.

17 days to go.

Made some flash cards of the data sheets for both my Armies. Hopefully they will be easier than looking through the book. I included only the weapons, special abilities and traits actually assigned to them.

Packed some more stuff, namely the Warhound, Reaver and the remaining knights. Pile getting bigger. So that leaves the Warlord and I'm waiting to seal coat her this weekend.

So pulled out the Knight Fight board and tables. Some slight warping on the base table, but nothing too serious. Trying to remember where all the buildings went. Got close enough. I'm going to repaint around the buildings so to make it easier to identify what goes where. Also a weekend project.

That leaves me with just building enough jungle terrain to fill a 4x8 table. I plan on using styrofoam so to be light and cheap. Something that if it breaks it's easy enough to be disposable.

Hopefully the weather cooperates. 15 days to go. 10 days till my vacation starts.

Have truck. . Has trunk, bed and a double cab. Had room to spare last year, so I should be good if I pack smart. Real issue is getting help unloading. Lots of stuff mean lots of trips.

All for naught. Adepticon cancelled.

No need for deadlines now. Start unpacking and tossing all the lists and rules for this year. By next year we should see the 9th edition and will have to start over. I'm sure GW will finally balance out my armies.. hahaha. At least with all the money I saved I'll be able to buy all the new rulebooks, codex's, suppliments and cards.

Hopefully some time in the spring, should I survive the pandemic ending all humanity, I'll be getting my Rampart terrain and start building and painting a new Knight Fight board....if I survive. 50/50..
