Then, they didn't look at the pictures. My 73 year old mother would know that auction was only for the box.
I think the guy's only problem is in thinking that an AoBR box might be collectible. While there are plenty of things out there that WOULD see the box sell because people have the insides, but the box was destroyed & they want a copy that has a nice box, I don't think AoBR is it. LOL

Even though the cannon sucks and the paint and conversions are awful, it is still a really good deal for all of those minis. Especially the 4 greater demons. Automatically Appended Next Post:

Side note, the texture is from a bad can/technique of aerosol primer. A bunch of my HE spearmen are like this, and it's pretty hard to correct. I now airbrush primer all my models as that ends up being smooth 100% of the time.
Aerosol priming is a fickle mistress that can be difficult to tame.

$35 with shipping for a model that costs $16 brand new. Though I'll admit, this must be a pretty rare model since it's Finecast but doesn't appear to have any glaring flaws from the picture. Maybe that makes it worth literally more than twice retail? lol

Oh, the Buy It Now went away because someone put a bid on it I guess, lol. It was an old-ass NIB hammerhead with a $63.99 BIN on it. I just thought it strange that someone would put a model on eBay for more than retail, it's not like a collector's item or anything it's just a different box. If anything it's actually worse value than the new combo kit because you don't get the extra sprue.
