Those torsos are unreal. Very excited to see them after casting. I love the fact that you are traveling forward in two directions, more modern and more Colonial Marines. What do you have lined up for the arms and legs? Or is this all hush hush until further notice?

I tend to think in terms of themes; jungle, desert, arctic, urban. Within each of those you can find lots cool concepts. You can also have themes like "jump troopers", "greatcoats", or "recon specialists". Those words cause most of us to think of some specific ideas. So, in my mind, it's wide open...let's make 'em all!
I want to try and avoid releasing fully realized sets, with corresponding fluff. I'm NOT saying that's a wrong approach, it's just not my approach. Instead of telling you how to use these parts, I want you to tell me how you're using them. Might seem like I'm blowing smoke, or being purposefully vague, but that's not the case. I'm just trying to share what my vision is for the future of Mad Robot. Hopefully people will like what I do next.
You can always send ideas to me as well, projects @ madrobotminiatures DOT com.
Anyways...here's a full preview of the Spec Ops Heads, due out later this month:

I can't do that.... but.....maybe I can?.....

What a fab work!! Really love the eye to detail like the infrared Strobe Beacon at the back of the helmet, or like the Peltor headset!!!
Coming back to a special weapon for the SPEC OPS, how about the Heckler&Koch MP 7?

Could not resist placing an order after seeing the "Bruce" head.
Brilliant!
I think making lookalike-heads is a great idea - especially considering the massive success of the Zombicide Kickstarter (who drew a lot of supporters by adding famous personalities as survivors/zombies).
Keep up the good work.

Here's a WIP preview of Mad Robot's take on that design, coming soon...

See, I thought the "pipe" was for holding some kind of "lance". A type you might "hunt" with......

I'm planning 2 weapons, a "lance launcher"/panzerfaust and a good old fashion machine gun.

Make sure you also do a dual machine gun, for customers who'd like to use these bikes for ork biker boys.
Would these be the right size to fit space marines? or more for IG-sized riders? (Or even go crazy and do light and heavy versions to suit either?)

For the record...the Azog Treadbike was first discussed between myself and some other gamers on a different forum in early February: LINK
If someone wants to release the same thing as Mad Robot, that is their choice. I don't have any control of the original design.
Mine will be out sooner than theirs will and I guess I'll leave it at that.
