Wow, I don't want to get in to a morale debate about the intellectual property, but those sculpts are quite amazing.

How large is the Ragnar, err, I mean Wulfhednar model?

Ulfheadnar is 35 mm high, a bit higher than spacemarine.

That, or make it at least a slight derivative, etc. I'd love to get some of your sculpts but I'm just not interested in straight copies of artwork... with your talent it seems you could choose to do anything you wanted. Perhaps combining 2 pieces of art into a single sculpture- something as simple as that would set your work apart as unique/derivative, rather than "copies" of others' art.

I agree like I've said before the sculpting on the non gw stuff is amazeing and im sure that once you get up a decent portfolio of non Ip iffy stuff loads of companys will be falling over themselves to hire you. Then you wont need to do the gw/rakham stuff to make money.

Some AMAZING sculpts here!
You are truly an artist.

I sense alot of the hate is jealousy.

Now to the Ip criers. How does he copy 3d models from a painting? Seriously, did the artist paint the back as well, because from that pic i don't see any back artwork, and his models not flat in the back, so...

That's some nice handywork on the sculpts, i'm going to have to look into how to get my gimpy mitts on some of it.

+1
Amazing sculpts.
If I were an artist who had inspired him into making a 3D sculpt of something I had drawn I would be honored.

I'd expect even the best artist (and he clearly is an artist) to licence my art, not just copy it into another medium

there is loads of art where all rights have expired, if he couldn't afford (or didn't want) to pay for a concept artists time he should look to that for inspiration

More than a bit iffy but because their both working out of "red" countries China and Russia m sure this young man has 0 interstate in becoming legitimate. Why? Its easier to just steal from anyone. Forget contract negotiations. Just steal it. Got a nice piece of art.... steal that too.

The sad part is this Guy does have talent but his potential will be stunted by his illegal shenanigans and partnership with a piracy loving untouchable hing Kong based company

If it was your I.P. being stolen or your art you wouldn't say that but... whatever.

Spelling jokes… really… or insults, due to auto correct… whatever man. I still love you.

Here how about I show you new concepts that Aarklash Chronicles will produce soon… Pays to know artist…I get to see alot of concepts early.

New “Confrontation” ninja goblins and Ophidians in the pipeline. Not sure if the thief sculptor is doing them or someone else. Not sure if it’s purely fire industries or a combo deal but everything Legendarion does is sold on Aarklash chronicles… who is owned by Fire industries and sells recast along with stolen concepts and pirated I.P.s…
But the crazy part is these guys could probably just get the license and go legit…

IRIRIV is brilliant and I tried to warn him about the sketchiness but they pay… if the Ophidians were named snake men who’d care? I’d be first in line to buy this stuff up if it was legit… but I’m afraid I’ll have my money stolen… and at the end of the day Fire Industries, Legendarion and Aarklash Chronicles are one in the same…

Honestly at the end of the day I wish the whole thing was legit… I love and miss confrontation. But how can you trust a Hong Kong recast company with a if we do send it on time or ever "so what" policy it's not legit from top to bottom. anyway

Here’s the rumor part and for the people hating on the people with I.P. issues… this >guy< with I.P. issues just added more true rumor info to this post than any other poster.

Does fire industries own any of the original moulds? I know a lot of them got split up when they were sold. I've not ever heard of them before and I know from talking to some folks involved with Phoenix edition at GenCon last year that they definitely didn't get all of the moulds.

Has anyone actually ordered from Cadwallon? Any ability to confirm/deny that (what appear to be) recasts actually are or aren't?

Would you be able to take a snap of it next to a regular Space Marine? I know it was stated that he's 35mm tall, but I would like to get an idea of his size/bulk next to a regular marine.

We'll say this again.

I have ordered from Cadwallon. I did a test order for some of the Confrontation figs. The figures were recasts. The quality of them was incredible though. When put side by side with authentic figure my entire gaming group was unable to spot which one was the recast. It should be noted that the Confrontation figures are in a different metal. They are case in white metal that gives them a little extra durability.
I had no trouble with the order and payed with paypal. I am not sure if i will do another order with them as I like authentic figs and have found some great deals. But with that said for me Cadwallon did an incredible job and I would have no concerns ordering with them again.

Thanks for the pic, just what I was looking for. He does look pretty damned good and fits in well. Even if GW release a Ragnar model I'd be surprised if it looks that good.
