Massive HE dump

Ton of Tau/Kroot updates.

the Kroot Monster IIRC/AFAIK, was being playtested. i am not sure if they were actually going to release it or not. it'd seem redundant if they did since they didn't release it with the wave that wass released yesterday. my source of that is on spiky bits website. pretty vague but i don't frequent Spiky anymore, so it might change in time (ie next wave of kroot- was a bit odd an exclusion of new kroot or xenos allies in this wave) and link to what i read: http://blog.spikeybits.com/2013/02/tau-release-rumors-suits-monsters-and.html?showComment=1360098778073

Basically according to my sources it's pretty much a Dreadknight sized suit with dual (note not twin linked) rail cannons and SMS with a rule for something I will call "hail-fire" in that it shoots massive barrage of weapondry if not moving in the movement phase. FALSE

What happened to all the rumors about the demiurge? I only saw one poster in your collection covering it yet I distinctly remember a few people positing that they were the new Tau auxiliaries.

Or Ghost 21 was feeding off of SM rumors...either way hardly any of the rumors on Tau panned out.

So Harry got 3x false because he didn't know about the Daemons coming? Unfair!
And where did he say that the Tau Empire is expanding and getting new races? Can't remember that. Sometimes he just summarizes rumours by others, seems to be that case here.

One fundamental flaw in the tracking list is that many rumour posters take Hastings' and sometimes Harry's predictions and vary them a bit. Esp. release schedule lists.

I get what you are saying. I can go with duplicate on those. Updating now.

Some of the shas_o iceborn stuff still reads as TRUE when they should be FALSE, most notably rumours about more Kroot in a codex that included less than 1 new Kroot.

- Seeker missiles can skyfire FALSE (well, not by themselves, but the things they are mounted on may or may not have skyfire)
- Multi-trackers come standard on crisis suits (or free? dunno which) TRUE

Unit keeps its high level of customization, with several upgrades to stat lines possible. FALSE
New flakk missile pods. FALSE

Have stealth, (obviously), plus optional drone granting shrouding. FALSE

Sky Ray: Last edition's trainwreck gets a new lease on life. Flakk missiles, plus has orbital bombardment (much like SM version, but with a lingering effect). FALSE

Drones: Any drone can be used for Look Out Sir rolls for any model in the unit they are attached to. FALSE

Markerlights: A single hit increases BS of all other units targeting the victim by +1. Multiple markerlights have no additional effects. OUCH - look out for possible BS:5, Fire Warrior volleys now! Markerlights improve snapfire against marked flyers to 5+ instead of 6, but must first hit the flyer with a 6 themselves. FALSE

Networked Markerlights: A longer range twin linked version. Vehicles only. FALSE

This "So I'm not sure when we might see this kroot monster that 2 people have seen" that you've listed as a rumour of mine was me being sarcastic, I knew there was no monster to see so knew it wouldn't be coming out.

Also why don't I get any updates for high elves?
